My family are regulars here at the Symrna Hardee's and as usual Emily provided excellent customer service and was super friendly they were extremely busy and the dining room was packed yet maintained cleanliness and Evan though there was a lady being extremely rude Emily handled it in a professional manner didn't lose her cool and was very respectful despite the disrespectful rude customer and tried to accommodate the rude lady My family will definitely visit again and hope to receive the great customer service Emily provided us with Thank you Emily keep up the great work you definitely made are visit a pleasure

We had a good experience at this Hardee's location. The service was friendly and fast, and the food was made properly and tasted really good. Not the cleanest inside the restaurant but maybe we came in between dining area cleaning shifts. Good food and I'd eat here again. Sort of weird to get to the parking lot, with there being several roundabouts in the shopping center service road to get there.
