Order from here on Uber Eats, driver was repeatedly told to wait because apparently (acccording to random guy who works there) they got a big rush, indicating they chose to prioritize incoming customers instead of the one that has already paid and been waiting for almost an hour for his food. Clearly this location fails when it comes to assigning priority of Uber Eats customers versus incoming customers, or even when it comes to ensuring they have enough stock to handle both delivery app as well as onsite customers. Perhaps they shouldn’t be handling Uber eats/etc orders if they can’t even get their act together enough to provide those orders in less than an hour.

Didn't even make it to ordering any food. The place was absolutely freezing cold inside. Waited to place our order for about five minutes and no one ever came to the counter, let alone acknowledged our presence. There were only two employees working, one making food and one attending to the drive thru. At least they were working, but dang KFC, get some more employees in there!

I love KFC, just not this one. I’ve only came to this location twice and this is one reason why I haven’t returned. The first time I went Taco Bell side was closed, only KFC at the time. Second time no mashed potatoes (at 3:30pm) was the first straw. Waited 20 minutes for it too which is ridiculous when what I received was this nasty dry ass chicken. It kinda resembles the first batch of chicken I got the first go round. I’ll drive to Dover next time.
I ordered food online and got an email saying it was ready along with the website saying it was ready drove 20 mins to get it to be told oh our frier is down we cant fill your order we intentionally ordered online so they had time to make the chicken because they never have extra crispy when we are there this is the worst KFC and its only get worse as the other KFCs around us have closed

The fulfillment of seeing both KFC and taco bell is real, what should never be real is the quality level of food that I received.Cole slaw was ordered, SOUR. And I got two sides so it wasn’t just bad luck. Truth be told tasting spoiled Cole slaw made the rest of the meal(four piece chicken) questionable. Now, Tacos that were just made no more than three minutes ago were cold.Also, slightly above $40 between both places, and not a single packet of sauce given/offered. Worker was nice inside when I asked for sauce, but unfortunately this place is the type you drive past and don’t look back.
