One star only because it’s the minimum allowed. 5 pm on a Friday and they have only dark meat available. Waited for the order over 30 minutes even though we were the only ones at the place when we placed the order. Then they began handing out orders to people who arrived after we did. Not enough our order was wrong and we were faced with walking away without our money or having to wait even longer for them to fix it. We are never coming back to this place again.

Stopped in for lunch at the Smyrna De location today 8/7/2025 at 1140am..the chicken was hot and freshly cooked and the mashed potatoes was hot...the crew that was working 2 guys and a lady was very friendly..This is the best KFC I have eaten at in a long time...Great Experience...

This is hands down the worst restaurant in America. I realize this is in a bad area but holy cow is this place horrible. I waited 25 minutes for 5 chicken tenders. After I got the order it was wrong. People there have no sense or urgency and clearly don’t care.

Went in the other day and they refused to take orders. They however had some half naked girl hiding in the back that you could see in between the equipment behind the counter. Four guys working and some random half naked girl in the back?

Got there at 11:30 am for lunch, Website and door says they open at 10:30am, just to walk in and they tell me they closed....why is the door unlocked and everything on if closed? Maybe they should lock the door if closed due to an emergency...
