This genuinely has to be the worst pizza I have had this year. The pizza was wet and undercooked. Even the garlic knots came in a pool of oil. The box was handed to me already seeping and if I hadn’t noticed it would have stained my seats.
I genuinely recommend going to Wawa down the street or pick up a red Baron frozen pizza. Either of those options would be more enjoyable than what I experienced. At least they don’t skim out on the toppings.

I ordered a pizza this evening , it looked like someone threw it in the box, didn’t cut it right , everything was to one side, and it wasn’t cooked all the way.. the crust was still doughy .. one of the worsted pizzas ever.. loss my business!!!

Didn’t receive the extra garlic sauce cups I ordered and pizza was thin crust when I ordered regular crust. This store and manager are the worse, communication is horrible.

I was excited to try the new calzone stuffed crust pizza. Ordered delivery at 4:30pm, to be delivered by 6:30pm. It's 6:45pm so I call the store and Jordan advises me that they "didn't have enough drivers" to deliver my order. Instead of calling to see if I wanted to pick it up, they tried to outsource my delivery to a 3rd party company. I had to call and she tried to offer for me to pick it up. It's football Sunday and I'm under the weather, why else would I have ordered delivery?! Needless to say I canceled my order and will never order from here again. How are you not prepared TWO HOURS ahead to get someone their pizza?! What a disappointment.

My pizza sat "under a warmer" for 30 minutes after it was baked because the store "didn't have enough drivers" to deliver my order. Instead of calling to see if I wanted to pick it up, they outsourced my delivery to a 3rd party company. I called because the order tracker was stuck on "preparing" and I was informed that the 3rd party driver was picking it up "now". A few minutes later, the order arrived cold...and wrong. The employee I spoke to the first time didn't care about my concerns about the pizza sitting around for so long, so I didn't bother calling back to tell them the order was wrong, too.Just be careful when ordering delivery and make sure that they have available drivers, otherwise you may want to choose pick up if you like warm pizza.

Past an hour for delivery. When I called I was purposely put on hold.. I asked to speak to a manager and kept being put on hold… continuously!! Horrible customer service, food, quality, freshness and service!!! Not happy. But can’t express this to anyone because no one wants to answer their phone!!! I would not recommend them!! And to top it off.. they got the order absolutely wrong. But can’t call them to tell them!!!
