The waiter and manager was so nice. I took my daughter out for dinner and we had a great time. Thank you for understanding what happened. And to the manager I paid for the food lol. They will know!! Spaghetti was delicious!

I ordered here this past Sat and was quoted 45-1hr. I did not receive my order nor the call I requested from the driver. I waited 20 minutes and called to check my order. I was told it was out for delivery (I live less than 5 miles away). Waited another 20 a was told the same thing. Waited 10 more minutes and called again. Spoke to the “manager” who was rude , talked over me and blamed me for not checking my order. I calmed her some, but she continued to raise her voice interrupting me. I requested an immediate and full refund within 1 hour. She argued she has to wait for her driver. Zero food and drinks and I was upset. I was hosting guests from out of state and I felt awful we waited 3 hours for nothing. I was promised a full refund that day and 4 business days later, nothing. I have to call and argue more for my refund. NEVER ORDERING AGAIN FROM THERE AND TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT HOW CUSTOMERS ARE ALWAYS WRONG HERE!!!!!
Pursuant to the below response, AGAIN, you fail to see the errors of your ways. I WAS NOT called nor did I receive a missed call. The third call I made to your restaurant wherein I spoke to a VERY rude manager, Dina, I was not only accused of the delivery issue being my, the CUSTOMER’S, fault, but she refused to accept a screenshot of my call log. Had she done so, it would have verified I never received, nor spoke to, a delivery driver from Pat’s. Moreover, the 2 prior calls I was informed “out for delivery.” If it had been delivered, why wasn’t I informed? Furthermore, I explained to Dina I checked outside my house at 5-6 times, including when I spoke to her. Again, I offered to take a screenshot confirming same. Again, she REFUSED.
Now, with regards to your response, it is completely obvious where your ill-trained “managers” feel entitled to take a long term customer’s money without supplying the product. To put it simply, she should have de-escalated the situation rather than immediately placing blame on the customer (seems she learned from you). Instead, I, the customer, had to calm Dina down multiple times on our call. Furthermore, a “manager” should be trained to listen and not speak, including rude interruptions, especially when I told Dina I listened to her so please permit to complete a few sentences, which she failed to do.
I was a manager for many years and WOULD NEVER have acted like Dina or the person responding below. The fact of the matter is your restaurant deflects accountability onto the customer. This is utterly and completely bad business practice. I hope my warning reaches as many people as possible. It is despicable to run a business in this matter. You should know better. If you didn’t, I hope this is a wake up call to treat your customers better, after all, we are paying for service/food. That stability is what enables your doors to remain open. Honestly, based on my recent situation, I will never order from you again. Not only did you fail to make me whole, it was an unpleasant experience to receive a simple refund when requested since I DID NOT receive my product and was subsequently informed it was my fault. Completely unprofessional.
I sincerely hope my words are taken seriously and change takes place.

I ordered the penne vodka and added a side of salmon and this was the worse menu item I have ever received from Pat’s. It’s sad the way this location has declined over the years. The pasta was over cooked and dry. The salmon tasted very old and I was scared to consume more than the bite I had. I do not recommend this location.

My God, the music here will put you to sleep. Who wants to listen to slow tunes from the 80s and 90s when you’re out on a Friday or Saturday night.

I have lived in smyrna for almost my entire life and something about this place just never gets old. I have also recently come to the conclusion that it gets better each time thanks to not only the food but also the customer service. This place is so clean and the food is always fresh and delicious! I have only had one issue with my delivery order in the past and it was taken care of promptly by the excellent management team. I highly recommend any of their wraps! Love this place keep it up yall!

As an individual who has been dining at this location for many years, I must say this is by far the cleanest Pats establishment I have seen. My family and I have never once had a complaint with the service and cleanliness at this location. The staff here is lovely and very welcoming, with a beautiful dining room! Highly recommend!

I have been a value customer for years but it ends today. I placed an order for my usual, me and my coworkers. While ordering on the phone the guy could not get the order correct, I had to repeat myself multiple times. He read it back to me and it was correct finally. When I retrieve my order it was not correct. I asked for dressing on the wrap and extra on the side, my wrap was dry no sauce. The other wrap had so many pieces of hair in it I couldn’t believe what I saw. My coworker saw it after the first bite. She went to take another bite and saw hair inside the wrap. When she examined the food it was even hair in the fries. I was so disgusted I wanted to throw up because I ate my wrap so fast I didn’t even look to see if hair was in mines. I took a few pics below to show you, it was more pieces found after the pics were taken. I don’t know what happened to the original owners but I will not be ordering ever from Pats pizza again. Word of advice new owners have your employees wear head wraps, beard wraps and gloves. You guys lost a value customer today and a lot of money spent from our office.

The pizza is bready and dry, no sauce. The fries are alright. Not a crispy fry, the thick mushy kind but with good flavor. Mozzarella sticks were undercooked and seem like they're from a package. Not a bad joint but not a place to go for pie. Kind of pricey too.
Maybe a good spot to hang out with friends or at the bar. They have a bit of variety. Nothing crazy.

When we first arrived, there was a matter of the reservation not being found, but that matter was resolved quickly and we were accommodated without delay. Jennifer pulled tables together to seat 9 people comfortably. She also was our server and did the job well. She took our orders and brought everything out in good time and remembered each person's order. She was very solicitous and in good humor. The food was very goodand we will be back.
