The pizza is bready and dry, no sauce. The fries are alright. Not a crispy fry, the thick mushy kind but with good flavor. Mozzarella sticks were undercooked and seem like they're from a package. Not a bad joint but not a place to go for pie. Kind of pricey too. Maybe a good spot to hang out with friends or at the bar. They have a bit of variety. Nothing crazy.

When we first arrived, there was a matter of the reservation not being found, but that matter was resolved quickly and we were accommodated without delay. Jennifer pulled tables together to seat 9 people comfortably. She also was our server and did the job well. She took our orders and brought everything out in good time and remembered each person's order. She was very solicitous and in good humor. The food was very goodand we will be back.

Beautiful establishment! It is truly sad to say they have a root that needs to be weeded out. This young lady really makes the joint look trashy. The Merchant at the bar suffers from delusion and make ups fictitious accounts. In the State of Delaware it is illegal to drink on the job as a bartender and she does so faithfully. How are we the Public and Pats’s Restaurant able to trust her logic or competency of accuracy within her decision makings on a safety call if she is inebriated? She outright lied and said we had some “tiff” that only revolved in her mind ☹️…it was sad to see that person (lady) put her liquor license at risk. I will be formally making the complaint to the Delaware Division of Alcohol and Tobacco Enforcement. This isn’t retaliation because she is trying to assassinate my reputation because she is simply jealous that I don’t hold a conversation with her at the bar. I have the right not to engage; if your topic or our interactions don’t go beyond you serving me what I came to get. I don’t talk to just anyone. I’m an intellectual person and I attend the establishment to work and enjoy sports tv and Pinot Grigio. Thankfully, I keep notes and receipts of these type of accounts when I receive this type of conspiracy from women and men…all because of the way I look and the way I carry myself😒….this has resulted in her stated that “she will never serve me.” Mind you we never had any ill words or interactions. Mental health checks are critical everyone😢.

I had a great visit in Smyrna Pat’s Select. I enjoyed the environment and the service was excellent. I sat at the bar and felt welcomed and enjoyed the bartender Ashley. She is very hospitable and very on point with great service, great personality. I felt welcomed by staff and management. I will definitely be returning again. Keep up the great work.

Earlier this week I watched a bartender deal with a terribly disrespectful person. The bartender was well composed and handled the situation as professionally as anyone could. While this may have only been my second time in, I'm a new fan of this place. Also, the Philly was amazing.
