The food here is great. The more traditional Italian dishes are very good. What I really love is their sandwiches. The pot roast French dip is unexpectedly good. And the bacon avocado burger is one of the best I’ve had. Get the homemade chips with it. The service is always great but I will caution that it is loud in the restaurant.

The chicken cheesesteak isn't chopped chickensteak, more like 1-in chunks of chicken on a roll with cheese. Not like the Pat's in Pennsylvania.

Well I have eaten at the Smyrna Pats quite a few times. This time was awful. I’m not sure if there are new kitchen help. I order a simple hamburger med rare. I got a hard ,well done ,inedible chunk of meat . I ordered med rare in-hopes of at least getting medium … We also ordered 2 wraps one has tomato ( which it wasn’t supposed to have ). The other wrap was so chewy and impossible to eat I had to spit out most of the wrap because I couldn’t even get it to break up with my teeth. We also had to order a side of soup bc we couldnt upgrade fries to soup . Then the soup had very little flavor/very watery( chicken orzo which I have had before) Really !!! And it cost $60 for all that bad food Not happy at all !

Never had an issue until recently. Ordered a chicken cheesesteak with cheddar cheese fried onions. I received a regular cheesesteak. Called the restaurant, explained, they made a new one. Once again, I received ANOTHER regular cheesesteak. I checked it before I left & thought it looked the same way as the original one I had. Didn't know chicken was supposed to look like beef. Got home and ate the cheesesteak because I was hungry & of course it tastes like beef. Though it was good, I wanted chicken. Totally pissed about the whole thing.
