My Niece and I had stopped over to Roses in Smyrna, De., and she decided that she wanted a pizza from Pizza Hut. My niece stated the pizza š was hot, delicious, scrumptious, loved the extra pepperoni, with cinnamon and bread sticks. Cooked to perfection. My niece stated she will be returning to Pizza Hut.

Came here a few nights ago to pick up a dinner order my dad placed. Got here and everything was ready. The lady at the front counter barked my total at me twice as I was checking to make sure everything was correct. Iām not gonna pay for something thatās not right but Iām also not gonna forget either. As I was checking the order she rudely said a 3rd time UR TOTAL IS $56.30 and I said ok Iām gonna pay now relax. She got an attitude with me and then I paid and left. My pasta we ordered was so spicy I couldnāt even eat one bite I had to throw the whole dish away and I had nothing for dinner so I cried. My mom and dadās pizza was soggy and my sister was the only one who had a decent dinner that night. My dad loves this location but for me Iām done. Never coming back and thanks for a bad dinner. I had to eat cereal for dinner because we had no food at the camper that night. That was supposed to be my dinner that night and the next day luckily we went shopping and got food for dinner instead of this dog slop.

Do not order through the mobile app on your phone and put your card information in? My delivery order was about $60 and change. They charged my card 76.84. I called the call center and the store and was brushed off by both areas. basically someome at this store is doing shady business and placing unwarranted charges on customer's card. If they don't know, it's stealing. I dont's care if the overcharge was under $20 bucks, it was not authorized!!!!! I will be contacting someone higher about this store. And yes the order was from THIS store...Dupont Highway in Smyrna, DE!!!!!! DAMN THIEVES!
Update a complaint had been placed with the Better Business Bureau of Delaware about this place placing unauthorized charges on peopleās accounts

Put an order in online. My husband goes to pick it up. Mind you, they said that the computer wasn't working right. They took my money out and we got shit!! Going tomorrow to talk to the manager to get my 15.98 back. My husband said that he couldn't believe how dirty the place was. So i guess I'll have to find another pizza hut nearby. I hope that the manager gives my money back. No pizza from that place!!!!
