Do not order through the mobile app on your phone and put your card information in? My delivery order was about $60 and change. They charged my card 76.84. I called the call center and the store and was brushed off by both areas. basically someome at this store is doing shady business and placing unwarranted charges on customer's card. If they don't know, it's stealing. I dont's care if the overcharge was under $20 bucks, it was not authorized!!!!! I will be contacting someone higher about this store. And yes the order was from THIS store...Dupont Highway in Smyrna, DE!!!!!! DAMN THIEVES!
Update a complaint had been placed with the Better Business Bureau of Delaware about this place placing unauthorized charges on people’s accounts

Put an order in online. My husband goes to pick it up. Mind you, they said that the computer wasn't working right. They took my money out and we got shit!! Going tomorrow to talk to the manager to get my 15.98 back. My husband said that he couldn't believe how dirty the place was. So i guess I'll have to find another pizza hut nearby. I hope that the manager gives my money back. No pizza from that place!!!!

This pizza hutt never gets my orders right. I spoke to customer service who gave me a promo code for a fee pizza and that code didn’t work. Now they won’t let even call in to speak to anyone and when I send email messages they never respond. Not ok at all!

Ordered a pizza and wings on line,Said it was ready in 15 minutes,Impossible,Had to be pre cooked then microwave, Entered store and was watching a man and lady making pizzas with no gloves on and handling all the toppings with no gloves on, I said something to to lady and she told me that’s pizza huts policy ,Really,They have a no glove policy,Come on are you serious, Had one slice at home ,Under cooked and dried out,NASTY ,Threw it in the trash ,Wings were rubbery,Had to put in oven ,They were ok after that ,One and done ,,Won’t be back,Put gloves on when your making pizzas,, Don’t know if you washed your hands or not,,

I had my order incorrectly made. There were missed communications between the app and the store. I called to the store. Maria helped me out in regards to my order situation. She was very professional. She explained to me what she had. She patiently listened to me and handled my issues with professionalism and took care of my needs immediately. She is absolutely amazing with customer service and a great manager. Thank you so very much, Maria. You are awesome!!
