Employees never wear gloves and be coughing all over the food! They are rude and ignore customers to be on the phones. I watched a man in there pick my biscuit up with my receipt. When I asked them to remake it they got an attitude. Worse Popeyes I’ve ever been to! I called the better business and the health department. So yall better start looking for a new job.

Manager, Felicia Rashad provides excellent service each and every time I go to the Popeyes in Smyrna Delaware! Always friendly the food is always hot! I find it to be the best Popeyes restaurant in this area!

I went through the drive-thru yesterday around noon. I sat at the order screen for about a minute or two, and when I finally got a response, the lady wasn't clear, as if there was a language barrier. On top of that, she acted as if I were the problem. I used to like this like place, but now it seems like the people that use to work there have all disappeared. The service and the food suck.

Went to this location to order in the store and didn’t get any greeting or explanation from the first employee — just stared at us. Another employee eventually said we had to order online, but didn’t explain why (register/lobby/short staffing, etc.).
If the lobby is online-only, that’s fine — but it should be clearly posted and communicated respectfully. The lack of basic customer service and communication was the real issue here. Very uncomfortable experience.

I visited the drive-thru today, and the lady who took my order spoke very softly, making it difficult to hear her clearly. I am unsure if there was a language barrier, but her speech was hard to discern. My biscuit was extremely hard, and the chicken tenders appeared undercooked, being very pale in color. I am concerned about the current state of this establishment and believe there is a need for improved service and more attentive staff at this location. I work diligently for my earnings, and this establishment was my initial choice, which unfortunately resulted in a disappointing experience.

I enjoy Popeyes chicken, but I dislike going to the restaurant due to poor customer service. Two girls without name tags look similar. Their service is disappointing, and they are the face of this location. They are rude, unsmiling, and have poor attitudes. If they don't want to work there, they shouldn't be employed. I plan to stop visiting this Popeyes to avoid the bad service.

Phylicia, the shift leader, is someone we often talk about in the community. She's a diamond—professional, and when she's there, I know my food will be correct, hot, and fresh. I love her professionalism; when she takes my order at the drive-thru, she's so nice, and she will have you buying extra items from the menu. We love you, Phylicia—keep up the good work.

Stopped and got a $13 meal for two. When he handed me the bag I asked if everything was in there. He responded yes. I drove 20 minutes home to discover we were missing our tenders and biscuits. 6 wings is not a meal for 2. No one ever answers the phone. We called corporate and were told we would get an email response in 48 hours. Been 4 days and no response. I’ll go to Royal Farms for my chicken.
