The staff locks down the inside so people can't come in when it's still daylight out ...the windows are so disgusting you can't see through them. The staff is constantly running in and out of the building to smoke ciggs and who knows what else. The staff are rude and does not practice safe serve food handling protocols which is evident in the fact that they don't want anyone to see what they are doing when handling your food. I didn't even feel comfortable eating my food (after spending 28.00) just thinking bout their dirty uniforms, the lady and gentleman standing outside smoking for the 30 mins in between visits as they said I had to come bo in 30 mins for 12 tacos....which I wouldn't have minded except there was no other business besides myself there at the time. I wasted my money time and gas on food I couldn't even stomach eating after seeing what I did.....there was a older gentleman outside (still) after arriving and returning after 30 mins who tried to open the door then said the lobby was closed due to electrical issues...but that lobby was well lit up from what I could see.... From what I could gather these employees don't like their job. Don't want customers, or to work. Good luck to the franchise owner because then workers don't care about your investment. I am likely going to report them to the dept of health.

I hate this place. There’s only two employees there’s only two employees one outside at the back door, smoking a cigarette and a woman who only appears if you stop at the menu me as a door dasher I pull up to the window and nobody is there and the guy that works here out at the back door told me to pull around his microphone or headset was not even working, or he pretended that it wasn’t working because I’ve worked in fast food before all he had to do was to ask the other employee while I was at the window. I have drove around this building more than once for a DoorDash order. last but not least like I said before I am a door dasher so the employee needed my phone to type in what the door dasher was picking up for the customer. Basically this location doesn’t receive DoorDash so as a Dasher, I suggest to stop sending people to this specific location even as a customer yourself. I suggest that you don’t come here, yeah I hate this place.

I’ve been at this restaurant a couple of times. They should honestly just cancel the Taco Bell for this area because they worry more about the kfc orders than the Taco Bell orders. When I ordered here I had to wait nearly an HOUR for my order. On top of that half of my order was incorrect or had a weird taste. This place is one of the worst places ever, I’d rather drive and extra 25 min to get my Taco Bell order instead, they do very terrible job here and management doesn’t care when it comes to customer service I’ve had to ask twice for my order when the manager gave me attitude the second time I asked. May I add, at that point I had been waiting for 40 min for my order. This place just needs to cancel the Taco Bell section. So when I DoorDash, DoorDash won’t recommend this area. Btw I forgot to mention most days they don’t even sale Taco Bell it’s so annoying please don’t come to this restaurant you’ll be saving more TIME and your food will TASTE better and made CORRECTLY if you go anywhere else.

Who ever owns this place needs to hire better staff, you can’t be making any money and the people working for you are stealing your money by turning away customers.
Never receive the nachos for my door dash order, just a small bag of chips with them thrown all over the inside of the bag. The 4 tacos and burritos we got were all here just no nachos for some reason.

Trust the low star reviews. I swung through the drive thru at 1pm on a Tuesday. No one else was in line. I tried to order a chicken sandwich off the KFC menu and was told they don't have sandwiches. This isn't the first time I've been told that during lunch time at this location. I ordered off the Taco Bell menu instead. Still had to wait a good 10 minutes in the drive thru to get my food. I also didn't get a straw for my drink, but the food itself was good.
All in all, you can tell this location isn't being managed well. Food is good, but they shouldn't be running out of inventory in the middle of the day and taking that long on drive thru during lunch.

I went to this taco bell get food for a customer who ordered off of doordash. When I got there nobody responded I pulled to the second window to talk to someone and they said they were closed. They should have been since their sign said they were close at 10 and I got there at 9:30. The customer was irritated because they did not know that they were going to do that and I was irritated because I receive less money if I have to cancel. The person also did not get a refund because they have a we don't issue refunds sign on their door. Other taco bell places are better than this one.

The food was disgusting. Chicken was hard. Messed our order up. Nachos looked like a burnt orange color. The food was barely edible. We spent $50. The worst taco bell i have ever been to. I wish I would have read the reviews before we went. We also ordered a bottled water and they gave us an opened, used bottle. Very suspicious. I should have known then.

I’ve worked in the food industry for 6 years and i have never been so a place so disgusting. I ordered food and they got it wrong i sent my boyfriend in there to get a refund and was told they dont do refunds which is very odd because I didnt get a receipt nor see a policy stating this they offered to remake my food and i told them exactly what i wanted due to allergies and they still made my food wrong so then i proceeded to go inside and ask for a refund and the manager got very nasty and rude with me so i got rude back because im not paying 15$ for food and leaving with no refund or food the employees tried to argue with me about what i had ordered even if i ordered the wrong thing in the drive thru i went inside and told them the correct stuff and still received the wrong food i will never be returning no wonder this place has 2 stars. such nasty and disrespectful people working for this establishment.
