Smyrna Taco Bell/KFC has, for as long as I've lived here (10 years+), has always been terrible.If you choose to eat from here, you're opting into: them getting your order wrong, 2 waiting in the drive through for 15 - 20 minutes and them still getting your order wrong.If I ever come here, it's because I don't wanna drive to the Taco Bell in Dover (which is infinitely better), and I'm knowingly opting into how absolutely incompetent these morons are.

The worse Taco Bell I’ve been too. 1. I had to wait like 20 minutes to order and they weren’t busy at all. 2. They had a guy in the back with AirPods in, having a whole conversation with his phone while on shift. 3, I’ve asked for a steak grilled cheese burrito and was given something I didn’t ask for. I asked the manager I believe and asked if she was sure that was it and in an attitude way she said yea that’s what you ask for with a bad attitude and walk away . Also found plastic in my food. Never coming here again.

This is the worst Taco Bell in the whole state of Delaware. Must be bad management.It has been terrible for YEARS.Many bad experiences on multiple occasions. It needs to permanently close.I hope the new Taco Bell in Cheswold/north Dover, puts this one out of its misery.

Food was hot but they were pretty slow too. My drink wasn't good. I had to get something else. The window gal was nice enough. I think I was charged for a drink I didn't get but it's on me since I didn't get a receipt. I'm not mad about it. We opted to just not get it and I don't know if I was charged but my card had already been ran and we were in a hurry.

Some kid has just started working there & really was hating his job already & messed up our food. But the manager was super quick with fixing everything for us & it turned out to be fine.Vegetarian options: No meat options.

Wouldn't you know! I just had a pleasant experince there dispite my review below. Maybe a fluke as they weren't busy, maybe something is changing. My cashier seems like a mngr or something, very pleasant.======== original review below =========== 2 starWhat atmosphere? Are they letting folks in now. Take my suggestion, drive the couple miles to the brand new TacoBell in front of the Walmart in Cheswold DE. It's worth it because I like Taco Bell, just not the one in Smyrna? I think putting 2 menus in the same small space might be disorienting to staff. There was another dual Taco/KFC in Dover and it doesn't do so well, if it's even still there.

Is it possible to give negative stars? I’ve always supported struggling businesses, but the exceptionally rude staff and management just put this place over the edge. I received a notification that my order was ready. Pull up to this particular Taco Bell. Door is locked. Nobody answering at the drive-through, so I just sat at the window. I watch a woman drive-by park, her car run in the building and come to the window and insist that I come inside to pick up my order. After she unlocks the door to let me in, she’s extremely overwhelmed and snarky and proceeds to tell me that I need to give my order because their iPad isn’t working. I asked her if my order was ready as indicated in the text message I received. NO MAM! You have to GIVE me your order!!” “ I told you our iPad isn’t working!” Meanwhile, I have to be back at work in five minutes so I told her that if the order isn’t already prepared then I don’t want it. (Frankly, I just cannot support a business that is so poorly run for such a long time, and treat customers in such a condescending manner. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if she had just started out with. “I’m sorry.” Photo attached is from the last time I went there. These were inedible. After working in a restaurant for 10 years when I was younger, I’m pretty positive these are cooked in old, dirty grease.

I don’t understand how you spend over $30 and absolutely nothing is correct ordered a craving box and got the wrong meat with everything on it when i asked for no lettuce or tomato, missed a drink, the cheese is almost stale no sauce missed 3 burritos and took 20 minutes despite a whole staff and one car in front of me, everything about this location should be shut down this isn’t my first time by the way. Never had much of anything come out correct. Tried to call 3 times and no answer?

Once a year or even less I find a disgusting craving to eat Taco Bell… go to the drive thru and experience the their customer service less than professional. the woman on the mic and at the window had a smart mouth. The hold time was unnecessary- for both occurring and for the length of time when I was the only vehicle in line. The entire experience was tense for no reason.I’ll go out of my way next time for chick fila before I ever go back there.The staff need training. Or new jobs.

Just no. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited way too long to have my order not be correct. Wouldn’t want to even try to go back to get it right because it would probably be even more wrong and I would get verbally abused in the process. Cannot wait for the new Taco Bell by Walmart to open.
