Skyline catered for a Christmas party I attended and the food was spectacular! Many options for dinner. Professionally set up. The salmon was my favorite! And I wound up going back for seconds for the mac and cheese. Absolutely recommend for any catering events you may have coming up!

The food was outstanding—fresh, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Guests consistently commented on both the flavor and the variety, and everything was served on time and exactly as promised. The staff was courteous, efficient, and clearly experienced, which made the entire event run smoothly and without stress.

What really sets Skyline Catering apart is their attention to detail and pride in their work. They were easy to work with, flexible when needed, and truly cared about making the event a success.

I would not hesitate to recommend Skyline Catering to anyone looking for reliable service and excellent food. We will absolutely use them again.

The best food of my life!!! Thank you for catering our holiday party for the paramedics. We devoured everything and only stopped because we couldn't move anymore!

I highly recommend Skyline Catering for your next event! The food was amazing and the staff were exceptional. They were there to put me at ease and made sure every need was met. The chocolate fountain was a hit! All of our guests raved how delicious everything was. They were able to accommodate my vegan guests with a delicious meal. I will definitely use Skyline again in the future.

They catered our wedding and did an absolutely amazing job! From handling all the details a year in advance to getting food on the tables everything was seamless and delicious. We had an overwhelming amount of people say how good the food was!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt it necessary to share our experience with this caterer for our daughter's recent wedding.

Unfortunately, we were incredibly disappointed—both in the food and the service. I brought our concerns directly to the caterer, and while we did receive an apology, there was no offer of compensation or meaningful effort to make things right.

The biggest issue was the Chicken Chesapeake—nearly every bite had bits of crab shell in it, making it nearly inedible for many guests. The beef tenderloin was just average, and several guests (including close family) commented on how fatty it was. Most frustratingly, the only vegetarian entrée we specifically requested was not what was served. That error alone was enough to merit some kind of compensation.

During the cocktail hour, the service was also disappointing. Although there were seven staff members present, no one passed appetizers around as we had expected and were led to believe would happen. Instead, the setup was buffet-style—more cafeteria than catered—something that felt out of place at a formal wedding.

This company may be better suited for corporate lunches or casual events, but based on our experience, I cannot recommend them for weddings—unless perhaps it’s a backyard, laid-back affair. The overall food quality and style of service did not meet the expectations or needs of our wedding.

I’m giving one star only because the owner was polite—but nice doesn’t make up for poor execution on what should have been a flawless and special day.

Amazing food and amazing service! They went above and beyond to make my event amazing. Even packed up and stored leftovers for me until the end of the party. Very easy to work with and very flexible. 10/10 would recommend

I HIGHLY recommend Skyline catering for your events that require catering!! Erica and her staff were incredibly well ran and accommodating! We were able to customize our menu to our needs very easily, swapping out dishes and including vegetarian options for little to no cost! On the day of the event, she went above and beyond in helping us set up the event and smoothly sticking with our allotted timeline, enabling a stress free event!

Heard about Skyline Catering through the management team at Harvest Ridge Winery after they provided a dinner service there to celebrate the winery’s 10 year anniversary. My husband and I decided to try them out on the winery’s recommendation as a caterer for our wedding.
Their outstanding food (we chose the BBQ package), staff, and service helped take the stress away from our big day. It’s important to note that their staff really went out of their way with setting up beforehand, and during the service they plated my and my husband’s dinner for us and regularly came over to check on us to make sure everything was going right. We also had an open bar through Skyline, and all of our guests couldn’t stop telling us how much they loved both bartenders.
Additionally, we were having a hard time determining how we would go about doing dessert for our wedding, and Skyline happily provided an amazing and decadent spread of cupcakes of various flavors for our wedding (we loved the Strawberry Cheesecake cupcakes the most)!
I simply can’t thank Skyline enough and we highly recommend them for your special event dining needs!

I recently used Skyline Catering for the Air Force Ball. We had 400 guests and Liz and her crew delivered! All of our guests loved the food, and we didn't have to worry about a thing. They offer great prices, great food, and great service. I look forward to using them again in the future!

I ordered the Farmers Feast Thanksgiving dinners. The whole process from ordering to pickup to eating the dinner the next day was flawless. The food was fabulous. Portions were plentiful with enough left over for the next day. I felt like I certainly got my monies worth. I will definitely order again next year. Such a great experience!

We used Skyline Catering for my daughter's baby shower and from start to finish they were amazing. We went with the brunch and added a carving station. They food was all above amazing. I must say the turkey was some of the best I have ever ate. And the pastries and muffins were so good. The staff handled the whole event and cleaned up.
