First time at Waffle House! What a lovely experience! My server was the sweetest thing, very kind and attentive. The waffle was good, pretty standard diner waffle, but I had to try it since we don't have an locations back home. It was a very clean place too!

ITS THE SAME THING EVERYTIME I COME IN HERE!! I live fairly close so I’m here pretty often. Sure the staff is friendly greets everyone, but the service is SLOOWWW!! It’s always chaotic, and staff are always unorganized and don’t communicate well. EVERYTIME I come in to place an order either to go or for dine in I’m waiting longer than expected.
Today I ordered pick up via their new app, I get there and I’m told that they’re waiting for things, as I’m looking at the only carry out bag on the counter, other people are coming in and picking up and that one bag isn’t being touched.
My order said it would be ready by a certain time, I waited there 20 min. after before I asked someone els again about my order, they then grabbed the bag that has just been SITTING THERE THE ENTIRE TIME!!! I saw Nothing added, nothing was being waited for. Very upset for the 100th time!!
