Maybe I'm used to faster service but I thought the service here was kind of slow. I know it takes time to cook a burger but I didn't think they had to kill cow first. It was a pretty tasty burger and the fries were decent. What would have made the weight better was if they gave me my fries ahead of time. Honestly forget how much I paid for the burger and fries and drink. I know there are other places in town where you can get a monster sub, drink and chips for less.

Food is good here not taking anything away from that, but the hours and ordering is really inconvenient. They are open until 9, and you can order take out on the website, but online ordering is shut down well before close. I have tried to order take out several times in the past month and was not able to because the online ordering was cut off. Just tonight I tried to order and it was 7:43 and the order would not go through. I understand cutting off online ordering to help with closing on time, but it seems like they cut it off at 7:30. 1.5 hrs before close is a little ridiculous to me. If anything it actually makes the kitchen stay open longer. If online ordering is shut off at 7:30 and let's say it takes me 20 mins to get there. So instead of getting my order in between 7:30-8 im not getting to the restaurant until 8 and placing my order at like 8:10 when It could have already been made and picked up. I think online should be until 8 or 8:30

I have never received anything less than immaculate service at this location. Thank you. For those with concerns on Waybacks prices, I challenge you to head to the burger joint next door, order a couple of combos and get back to me. For the price you get incredible bang for your buck at Wayback.

The morning crew is soooooo good the closing crew not so much. If you want to go make it during the opening shift. The closing shift has tossed food on the table vs day shift passing it or putting it in front of each person. A 100 out of 5 but closing a 2/10 or 1/5 not worth it.

Waited 20 min just to order. No one in front of me the employees just decided to ignore me. All the employees had bad attitudes and everyone in the restaurant knew it. Just wanted the free shake and they acted annoyed at everything.

Went inside to place a “to go” order. I looked at the receipt when it seemed I’d been waiting a long time. It had been over a half hour since I ordered. I asked a young lady who I believe was in charge about the order. They’d placed it with online and ordering app orders so they never called my name. I requested that the order be re-made since it wouldn’t be hot now. She seemed put out that I asked. After another full half hour, I finally had my order. When the manager (I think) brought the bag up, she called my name and left the bag on the counter. No apology. The cashier did offer a quiet apology. If you aren’t going to eat the food there in the restaurant while it’s hot, I don’t recommend it.
