Just skip and go to another one. We've been here for 20 min. Received one kids meal within 5 min and not the other kids meal or two adult meals. 2nd kids meal is cold and wrong. Got a frost swirl before anything else.

The worse Wendy's ever!!! Waited 10 mins for a frosty and then I had to back up to the window just for them to say oh the machine is broke. I ask for the manager she didn't want to give her name,said it was policy not to and said she had nothing to do with what the crew was doing cause she was in the back office!! Closed the window and walked off..

Drive through line wrapped around the building, so I go inside and stand for 10 minutes without so much as a hello give us a second. Employees wandering around as if they didn't know what they were supposed to be doing. I left and got Popeyes instead.

The baconator is the only burger I get from here and I feel like in the last couple of months, I been very disappointed. There was no mayo, ketchup, or condiment in it so it was extremely dry. I also ordered a regular chocolate frosty and they gave me a chocolate frosty with strawberry drizzle. I don't want to be dramatic but I could of been allergic strawberries.

The worst experience I really hate going there .. They're unprofessional RUDE and inexperienced young adults who are manager's where is the good customer service??! Well unfortunately you won't get it at Wendy's in Smyrna Delaware!! Someone need to come and clean that store up . Corporate your help is needed there ASAP.

I came to the drive through to get some of the new frosty swirls and they claimed to have run out of all 6 flavors. Only had chocolate and vanilla frostys.
