I could barely hear the person that was operating the drive through speaker. Ordered a 10-piece nugget combo with fries and a Coke. Instead of a Coke they gave me a little kid bottle of milk. They ended up giving me a large soda which ended up being Dr pepper. Absolutely horrible service, will not be going to this restaurant again, and whoever was in charge of all this should be fired!

Missing Link

IMO, Wendy's has historically been a well kept fast food chain and always clean. This specific store did not meet what I consider a Wendy's standard.

I have been to this Wendy's maybe 10 times over the last 3 months due to it's proximity and the coupons on the app. I was willing to put up with the animal urine smell inside of the establishment and the sandwiches being wrong or poorly put together due to the low cost of the food, and I have not gotten sick from eating here yet. I have also put up with overfilled and poorly-sealed frosty's spilling onto my car seat a few times. I thought the cost was worth it. That said, I will not be going back after what I saw today.
On one of my French fries, I saw what can only be described as a deep-fried pawprint of what looked like a rat's paw. I don't know the health rating of the store, and the paw print isn't 100% clear, but this was the straw that broke the camel's back for me.

Super unprofessional and trifling on all aspects. Jennifer (manager) doesn’t know how to manage at ALL . lazy workers , terrible service. I say they shut this location down

Lines literally out the door bags of food coming offline, staff is overwhelmed. Chaos rules. I spent a literal 5 minutes for the single cashier to take a single order. I have never seen such chaos. I walked out. There was going to be a riot.
