Red Lobster

Great job Jesus! Our server was great. The food came out fast and was hot. So happy with our experience. Thank you for a great dinner. Manager Jesus was great too. !

We had a great dinner and experience. Our waiter was fun and showed our kids the lobsters. The lobster pappardelle with garlic sauce was really good and filling. The biscuits are also a favorite. The drinks were good. My wife had Chardonnay and I got the margarita flight. It was tropical flavored. The passion fruit was my favorite but not very strong. We enjoyed the food and low key vibe. We will be back.

I dined there may17th service was very slow didn’t get waited on for bout 15 minutes and was only there about a hour and was bitten by beg bugs I will not be dinning again they tore me up I kindly let a host know they had beg bugs n left

Took my family here for my grandmothers 80th birthday. I have a large, loud family and my grandmother has a lot of dietary restrictions. The server was so patient and so kind to us with all our requests and changes that we asked for. She even made sure they came out with a candle in my grandmother’s cheesecake so we could sing happy birthday.
Then when we wrapped up and a few of us were in the restroom, my nephews were observing the lobsters when a member of staff asked if they wanted to touch one and hold it! What a memory that will stick with them forever and made this even more special for us. Seriously, the service and kindness here was outstanding.

The food was good and quick to come out, and our server, Tokyo, was very friendly and attentive!

Bartender, Jose, was the best part of the experience. FANTASTIC service and kept us pleasantly entertained. Of course the food was fantastic, but the service makes the experience.

Always when set at bar on s non busy TUESDAY. THE POOR bar tender does not have time for waiting tables are keeping up with drink irders

I ordered the shrimp Alfredo with shrimp scampi, and the dragon shrimp. Everything was delicious, including the house biscuits! Are waiters name was Jesus he was awesome and for such a big party he very patient and attentive to our group. All of our food came out in good timing and Jesus took really good family photos of us and he even let the children of our group Pet one of the lobsters from the tank, super cool! And a 10/10 experience!

my stepfather who is in an assisted-living facility said he wanted to go to red lobster for dinner so we go and it took over 10 minutes after we seated for a waitress to come to our table by then we were ready to order and we both ordered the surf and turf and cokes we then waited another 10 minutes before we got our cokes and when our food was delivered, my meal was fine, but my stepfather‘s steak was undercooked. We both ordered medium and it was a fatty piece. I asked for the manager Jesus and when he came over, he said I’ll get you another piece of meat and that took 12 Minutes by then I told him this is unacceptable and he asked should I do something with the Bill and I said yes, and he took off the two cokes which we never got a refill or request for a refill. I then complain to him again. He said he could not comp it, and I said he most certainly will and he finally did and made the waitress who I believe was her first day come over and present us with the updated bill. My stepfather said if he ever wants to go there again to shoot him very very unacceptable.

My friend and I stopped by for lunch and had the pleasure of being waited on by Jesus. His service was top tier! He was attentive, easy to talk to, welcoming and smiled easily. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and the service we were provided.

Diamond is a fantastic server! He was extremely attentive and could not have been nicer. Food was delicious-pick 2 shrimp. Have not been to Red Lobster in years and was so pleasantly surprised.
