I’ve been wanting to come here for a long time. I’m glad we came here before bringing our bikes and biker friends. The road was dirt with deep ruts. Signage getting to the place was lacking. We couldn’t figure out how to get down there. They had stuff laying all over in the inside. When walking in you could smell old grease. I ordered the pretzel with beer cheese for $9.99 which was delicious but they charged me $9.99 plus $2.00 for the cheese. They don’t even have unsweetened tea. Wish we would have said something now but we won’t be back and our friends won’t know anything about this place.

The server knew nothing about the specials and told us there was only one when asked again. She’d come to refill drinks and do half the table. Once she found out we were ordering steaks told us the “medium rare steaks come out “mooey” just so we know.” We ordered steak dinners, 3 of the 4 steaks came out cold, the wrong steaks served to the wrong person, my entire meal was cold, and the baked potato was undercooked. Overall the experience wasn’t great and I will never be back.

This place is amazing food is so good, may not look so pretty but it’s amazing the lady the serves is super nice and they have band at 7:30 on Friday and Saturday. If you’re really hungry bring some snacks because they sadly don’t bring it but in the end it’s so delicious and amazing. The lake is soo pretty.

Quaint spot for cocktails and good food. Awesome view of Compass Lake. Outside cafe so be prepared for nature to visit with you. Small beach to swim or just enjoy. Staff very friendly. Definitely recommend.
Beware of overcharging!!! Look at your receipt. My bill should have been $54, and it was $107. They entered three items on our bill twice. But, for the most part, the food was good and the atmosphere was great. Service was a little slow, but that’s normal these days.

This was my second time coming, We just found this restaurant last weekend, that day service was great. Tonight, sadly I will not be back. My son and I arrived at 6pm to go ahead and get a table while waiting on my parents. I was excited to bring them here to celebrate several different things. I sat waiting while 2 tables arrived after me received their drinks and menus. After waiting almost 20 minutes I asked the server at the bar if my table even had a waitress. She said yes, she would find her. She was sitting at a table off to the back talking to other people. When she did finally come, we ordered our drinks, 3 sweet teas and 1 mountain dew and went ahead and ordered an appetizer (gator bites). We continued waiting until our drinks arrived. She brought me water instead of sweet tea. She said "that's not what you ordered is it"? I said no, I ordered sweat tea. She said she would be right back with it. After about 10 minutes my mom went to the bartender and got my sweet tea. After my mom returned with my tea, the waitress (Tracy) returned with my sweet tea. We then placed our order. My son ordered the surf and turf with baked beans and fries, my dad ordered the full rack of ribs with coleslaw and fries and my mom and I ordered the chicken tenders one with fries and seasoned potatoes and the other with seasoned potatoes and Mac n cheese. A young man came around asking if refills were needed (thank you). Tracy came back about 20 minutes later saying they were out of the seasoned potatoes so my mom and I changed our sides double fries and the other Mac n cheese and a baked potato. The food arrived nearly 40 minutes after ordering. Tracy came by several times saying your food is almost ready, they are plating your food now... After saying they were plating our food, we waited another 10 minutes before it came out. We asked for ranch for the strips, Tracy said she would be back with it, my mom ended up going to the bartender again to get ranch after we waited for almost 10 minutes. The chicken strips were warm at best, the fries were cold and my son didn't get his shrimp or fries (eventually they got them out to him) and I had to go to the bartender to get a steak knife for his steak. This was the most horrible service I have ever received, which was very disappointing considering how good it was the first time. We did have our 4 drinks removed from our bill and a $10 discount but considering how poorly our waitress was from start to finish and spending a little more than 2 hours there to only eat for 15 minutes, an spending $87.00 to be treated poorly as our waitress keep going missing, we will not be returning to eat again.
