We have literally had to walk out because of a waitress refusing to come to our table. When we approached the bar tender she told us they knew we were there. We waited over 40 mins on a seemingly slow night for someone to get our drink order before we left. We’ve been a lot of times and have never had good service. It’s always a struggle to get a waitress. The food is rarely correct and warm, the bill is often incorrect. Wouldn’t recommend.

I went up here to get a burger. the parking is pretty bad but it's out in the country so it's too be expected. then I got indy the restaurant and was told to seat myself. I get a sweat tea and ask for a menu. I set the menu down and wait for the waitress to come back, then I watch 2-3 other groups come in and get served. but I was forgotten. so after 10 minutes I asked if I could pay for my drink and leave, then the waitress acted like I was being rude for asking to pay and leave.

I’ve been wanting to come here for a long time. I’m glad we came here before bringing our bikes and biker friends. The road was dirt with deep ruts. Signage getting to the place was lacking. We couldn’t figure out how to get down there. They had stuff laying all over in the inside. When walking in you could smell old grease. I ordered the pretzel with beer cheese for $9.99 which was delicious but they charged me $9.99 plus $2.00 for the cheese. They don’t even have unsweetened tea. Wish we would have said something now but we won’t be back and our friends won’t know anything about this place.

The server knew nothing about the specials and told us there was only one when asked again. She’d come to refill drinks and do half the table. Once she found out we were ordering steaks told us the “medium rare steaks come out “mooey” just so we know.” We ordered steak dinners, 3 of the 4 steaks came out cold, the wrong steaks served to the wrong person, my entire meal was cold, and the baked potato was undercooked. Overall the experience wasn’t great and I will never be back.

This place is amazing food is so good, may not look so pretty but it’s amazing the lady the serves is super nice and they have band at 7:30 on Friday and Saturday. If you’re really hungry bring some snacks because they sadly don’t bring it but in the end it’s so delicious and amazing. The lake is soo pretty.

Good place. Especially to have somewhere to go down the road when the need arises. Food is pretty good. Nice outside seating on the patio near the lake. Everyone seems nice. Have been a few times and will go again.

Quaint spot for cocktails and good food. Awesome view of Compass Lake. Outside cafe so be prepared for nature to visit with you. Small beach to swim or just enjoy. Staff very friendly. Definitely recommend.

Beware of overcharging!!! Look at your receipt. My bill should have been $54, and it was $107. They entered three items on our bill twice. But, for the most part, the food was good and the atmosphere was great. Service was a little slow, but that’s normal these days.
