I don't think I've ever left a bad review in my life. Let's start there! Today I ordered YOUR PIZZA AND GARLIC KNOTS through Doordash I spent $31, 5 min later I get a text saying you guys couldn't fulfill my order and that a it's been canceled by Anthony's and my money would be sent back to the original payment method so I call Anthony's to get an explanation the rude manager hears me say doordash and goes off on me he didn't cancel it was DD and literally would not let me explain that my 30 buck was in limbo and I had no food, mind you I eat there allllll the time, the manager then goes on to say after I beg him to let me explain that he doesn't need to hear my life story mean while I didn't even get a chance to speak. I call DD nothing they can do since Anthony's canceled it, mean while I have to wait 4 days for my money back and no food. I will NEVER eat there again. Get your acts together! You lost a good customer! I wish I could upload the SS, but I can't find how to do it.

I went to sit at a table for a couple of slices and decided to move because of the dirty table and looked at the table finding more food crumbs. I was told by the waitress , don't worry it's under the glass. I decided to eat 2 slices anyway and they were bone dry. Never again for me.

I'm updating my review to a 5 because this place has become my go-to for takeout pizza.

The Value:
The specific ratings are food, service and atmosphere but the criteria I weigh most heavily is how much I feel that the price was worth the total package. I've been coming a long time, but more frequently lately as prices of lower quality pizzas have risen to the point where I've made an intentional decision to grab pizza slightly less frequently, but when I do I go ahead and get a quality pie from Anthony's.

The Place:
As I mentioned, I don't live far away and have always come here occasionally. It is a smaller place with just a few small tables and a couple of booths but is a nice sit in restaurant where someone can order a pasta while I order a slice. It is a casual atmosphere but a nice and cozy one. There's usually a few older guys working in the back with a girl running the counter. I don't know if they're family, but some of them very well could be. Then again, I've never heard those loud arguments in the back so maybe they're not family. Anyway, it feels like a nice family atmosphere.

The Service:
I usually pick up my pizza after calling ahead and have never had any issue. I usually speak to a polite younger woman both on the phone and when I pick up.

The Pizza:
The crust is very good, like real fresh dough. All of the ingredients are real and fresh and it really comes through. I usually get a Hawaiian and a specialty pizza called "The Boss" with meat and green peppers and things. Really good stuff. And it reheats well the next day, so much better than the delivery chains both fresh and next day.

Their pizza is the BOMB!!! Ordered it to go, it was warm and fresh even by the time I got home. The owner is super cool, could tell he wants his customers satisfied. Definitely coming back!

I ordered a regular 12in cheese pizza and this pizza was uncut, sloppy and uncooked. Seemed very rushed considering there was barely any customers in the entire building. Never had a pizza this bad in my life. To be paying $20 and also include a tip, it’s crazy the lack of effort they put into making my food. Definitely will not be eating here again and will not recommend it to anyone else either.

Discovered this restaurant because I moved close by. There's plenty of pizza spots named Anthony's, but this restaurant is a hidden gem that in a way isn't hidden because they are always pretty busy, but amongst so many pizza spots, it can be overwhelming to know where to go for your pizza. And I would say, this is a great stop.

What I like about this restaurant the most, is that the pizza has a true New York style taste, it's very authentic to that particular taste. And as a pizza junkie who spent many summers in NYC, this pizza is nostalgic. So the owners must be New Yorkers and they sound so and are very polite and attentive gentlemen. the pizza crust is easy to bite into and not too thick as well.

The girls who work there are incredibly nice and attentive. They also sell many other Italian dishes and are easy to work with in terms of takeout because they pack everything well for on-the-go. I highly recommend it l, folks. And the prices are very good.

Really good. Had the ziti, and wife had antipasto salad. daughter had the chicken Alfredo. Everyone left full. Staff are nice
