Six people at the register and they couldn’t figure out who was getting the pretzel in the hot case. They also had the nerve to ask for a tip. I thought it was all funny

I ordered cinnamon and pepperoni bites at around 1000am Black Friday…..both tasted stale/old. Also the bites were not warm either. The store should have fresh food since it just opened but I guess not. Eeeeyuck.

Ordered pretzels and pretzel dogs to be delivered. Food was cold, tough and stale. Very unappetizing and disappointing

My fiancé and I stopped here after shopping and ordered a pretzel dog and cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. While taking our order, the cashier asked another employee to prepare the items. The employee threw the pretzel dog into the bag while laughing with the cashier, which felt disrespectful and unprofessional, especially since we were standing directly in front of them. I understand it was the end of the day, but basic customer service and proper handling of food should not be disregarded.

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience left me deeply unsettled.

I arrived at the store at 7:58 p.m., just two minutes before closing. I was already in line when the employee informed me that the gentleman in front of me would be the last customer, and that I would not be served. I was calm and respectful, and I pointed out that I had arrived before closing time. Still, I was dismissed and denied service.

I understand that employees are tired at the end of the day. I work in the service industry myself. I know how exhausting it can be. But kindness doesn’t take much time, and a small act of courtesy could’ve made all the difference in that moment.

I left feeling humiliated and genuinely hurt. I was just looking for a quick bit of comfort at the end of a long day, and instead, I was met with coldness for simply arriving before closing and standing in line like everyone else.

So this isn’t just about policy. It’s about how we treat people when we’re tired, busy, or ready to go home. It’s about remembering that even small choices, like turning someone away with compassion instead of indifference, can ripple out in powerful ways.

If you’re reading this, I hope it’s a reminder: kindness costs nothing, but its absence can cost a lot more than we realize.

All credit for this experience goes to the manager, Lily—an unfortunate example of how not to treat customers.

It’s always always always a long line. Idk if they need more works or the workers they do have need to move with more urgency. My issue is not with the wait bc I wouldn’t mind waiting if the pretzels were consistent. Seems like there’s always 3-4 of them making the actual food but only 1 employee taking orders / cashing out orders. If you don’t get a pretzel that’s put in the case fresh then your food is always served to you hard and or cold. Last time I literally got a burnt cinnamon sugar pretzel. It looked fine on top but the underside was completely black so I didn’t notice until I walked away a few minutes later. Hard as a rock and burnt. Wasted money and 20 minutes in line. Auntie Anne’s is always my favorite place to get a sweet treat when I go to the mall however I will not be shopping here again.

Avoid this place! I paid $9.00 for a pretzel that was supposed to be soft but was thin and hard instead—definitely not worth it. To top it off, the older lady at the register was extremely rude. Very disappointed!!!!

Good cinnamon sugar pretzels!

Not trying to be a Karen but wow. It’d be a lot easier to swallow (literally) the price if the pretzel was at least warm.

Priced higher than any other location I’ve been to in the area. 8 dollars for a room temperature pretzel feels almost as insulting as a car charging you a monthly fee for AC controls.

I felt like I was being strong armed when they asked for a tip. After I had my debt card in the card reader the girl at the counter said " let me direct your attention to this screen" on that screen was percent for tips they were asking for. A tip for doing your job?
