I came it today and and ordered me and my coworkers some food and a pretty red head lady took our order and she was sweet and kind she even told us about the chocolate peanu butter Mike shake and it was oh so good I didn’t get her name but told her manger that she gave us awesome service

What happened to this place ?? EVERYTHING changed, poor, cheaper ingredients, over cooked, etc. etc. in our last three orders. Two neighbors agreed. We will never go back.
Our family has eaten and enjoyed this Back Yard Burger since they opened. Ordering about 3 times a month.

OMG I am literally coming here everyday. I just now the crew is gonna get sick of me cuz im eating every item from the menu. We ordered a lot of food and it literally took no time to arrive. The food was incredible fresh. Our burgers were well put together, cheese melting and dripping, the taste or the burger, everything was perfect. The fries, Tenders, onion rings, everything fresh and the crunch!!!

Tonight was my first time trying Backyard Burger in Altamonte and I decided to write this review to share my experience. Because this was my first time, and I had my kids with me, we were very slow to order. A young lady named Jasmine helped us put the order together. She was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient which really helped make the experience a positive one! The burgers were also incredible! Everything was clearly made to order which was great. Thanks guys! We will be back!

I am here visiting from out of town.. (Alabama)... I saw this place as I was driving around and decided to stop and try it out.. I am so glad I did... first and foremost the customer service was spectacular..trust me I am very big on getting treated right and with respect!! Even before trying the food... Well guess what I got just what I wanted.. ROSEMARIE DELIVERED... She was very nice and cordial and she also helped me pick out my meal because I was undecided on what to choose.. This was my swcond time here and the first time Ibteiwd the burger..The best burger that I ever tasted...I wantes to try something different so ROSEMARIE recommended me the onion rings with a yellow sauce forgot what she called it and I tried the fried shrimp combo... yessss indeed She told me it was good and she didn't disappoint me.. My food was excellent... And her customer service was TOP TIER!!.. I think it's very important for people to be kind to others and she showed me her kindness with the utmost respect... It's really starting to become rare these days that fast food workers are that kind but she is truly a hidden gem and definitely a keeper to the establishment... She should be rewarded for her courtesy... I will most definitely be back this week before I leave to head back to Alabama... I will miss eating at Back Yard Burgers..because we don't have one in Alabama..But I will be back to visit you again as soon as I return..
