It’s my first time to experience this coffee shop. The vanilla chai tea is the best! They have all kinds of herbal teas how awesome is that and it’s only $4 for the large cup! The guy who assisted was very nice overall it was a great experience!

This is a very nice place. The “Toast of Avocado” was out of this world, and the service was above and beyond, as well. I highly recommend!

In search of a proper Italian cappuccino and Boston Coffee House delivered! Impressive traditional Italian Espresso Machine sits proudly in sight of the service counter. Choice of take away cups or in-house with ceramic mug. The cappuccino was expertly prepared, thank you so much!! Good music, clean interior and great service. Definitely my new go to place!!!

The Egg Salad Croissant had no flavor - eggs tasted like nothing. I took it home and added salt and lemon pepper seasoning just so I could scarf it down. The lettuce on the sandwich is doing absolutely nothing for it (watery veg under a flavorless egg salad = bland city). Too expensive for what it is.
The avocado toast with the cranberry focaccia was yummy, needs salt and an acid and it would be pretty great. The cheese could stand to be more crumbly if it means it’s able to stay on the actual toast when you eat it because they’re narrow and delicate.
Iced cafe mocha wasn’t great - even though I got a triple shot, the taste of coffee was very light. It tasted like chocolate milk made with hersheys syrup. Not good for the price either.
It’s quiet and you can hang out inside at a table or on their couch, though it’s not a WFH/remote work location because I didn’t see outlets anywhere.
Edited to add: I saw the new owner recently came on board from their response under a different review. I’ll try this place again in a couple months as well as some other things on the menu to see if there have been some updates. :)

Enjoyed lunch at Boston Coffeehouse Altamonte Springs! Santa’s Christmas cookie was festive and the Cambridge croissant was delicious. Will be back to try more items!

My side dish came in with someone else’s main order so I never got it (didn’t realize it was supposed to be mine). That person was done eating long before I even got my order and their side order was served when we were walking out.
Service is very amateur. Many issues to serve ONE table on a slow early morning.

Very nice large coffee house with comfy couches and lots of tables. Good fast service. Pumpkin spice latte was divine. Ordered a half Caesar salad and half French onion soup for lunch and everything tasted delicious.

Makes me so sad to put this rating. I don’t know if it’s under new management or what but the quality and service has simply gone down the drain. My latte tastes like dish water, it was supposed to have three shots of espresso with flavoring. Also, due to the lack of communication between servers, I was shorted espresso. I won’t ever come back and it used to be one of my favorite coffee places.

A cute little shop that misses the mark. I came here and ordered a sandwich and coffee for dine in. They brought my cappuccino in a to-go cup with no stir stick or spoon. I looked around and noticed other customers looking confused by the to-go cups also. One elderly gentleman in a foot cast hobbled up to the counter to ask for something to stir his coffee, and he was nonchalantly directed to go grab a stir stick from their to-go counter.
The sandwich I ordered had very little flavor and the sausage was barely browned, despite requesting that it be well done. I asked for a water that never came. Then I sat waiting for the bill for 15 minutes until I finally walked up to the counter to pay, only to be ignored by staff members for another 5 minutes. Just a poorly run shop overall.
