I had the pleasure of being served by Billy during my visit, and I must say, he made the entire dining experience exceptional! From the moment we were seated, Billy was attentive, courteous, and had a warm, welcoming demeanor that immediately put us at ease. He had an impressive knowledge of the menu, offering thoughtful recommendations and making sure our dietary preferences were accommodated without any issues.

What stood out most was his attention to detail—he anticipated our needs before we even had to ask! Drinks were always refilled on time, and he checked in with us at the perfect moments, without being intrusive. Billy’s friendly personality, combined with his professionalism, truly elevated our experience. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and enjoys what he does.

If you're lucky enough to have Billy as your server, you're in for a fantastic experience. He is a true asset to the team, and we will definitely be returning—partly because of the great food, but mostly because of Billy’s outstanding service!

There chicken pesto pizza is insane good went there one night and who ever made that pizza made my soul leave my body that’s how good this pizza is plus amazing service anytime I go there but this pizza I only have 2 left because I had to stop eating to do a review before I finished the box so yea better try this pizza in you’re lifetime that’s all imma say besides that they always have good other pizza and wings salad to don’t miss out!!!

Usually Broadway Pizza is my top 5 place to eat. However I recently have had the worse experience after spending $91.85 and the customer service was horrible. The food arrived at my home under cooked, the wings were extremely cold and had little to no sauce on them. After I called they offered a solution to replace the unsatisfactory food. After 5 minutes had passed they called back and demanded that I Return the original order because that is the store policy. Which I would have understood if that would have been the case on the first phone call. I would not have been so disappointed with the service but after waiting an hour and a half for the food to arrive and then for it to be nothing close to what is expected. They also demanded that I return the order back. I completely understand that there are scammers and people who take advantage to receive free food. But my family and I are not those people and definitely deserve a bit more empathy and understanding for the inconvenience especially after spending almost $100 on one pie and two sets of wings with a two liter sprite. I will not be dining at this establishment EVER AGAIN. I hope they treat new and reoccurring customers with better service.

I have had the pleasure of being taken care of by the best server ever every Wednesday. Billy treats us with such care and respect we could never imagine eating a slice of pizza anywhere else in the UNIVERSE. You must come see Billy and experience this for yourself. Please, an order of 44.45 dollars plus the tips that are there to give you and the man has no change and they only tell you I'm sorry, I had to go out and look for change for a nillete of 100, they send it to make a delivery not even with 40 dollars In your pocket please.
They specify that they do not accept 100 bills, so one does not go out looking for change.

I ordered their Minestrone soup. It came with a wedge of their delicious homemade bread. Everything was delicious!

I will start off by saying that we order Broadway for delivery a few times a month, and are always very pleased with the quality of the food. We live about 15 minutes away.

I always say a place can’t get better without feedback, so here it goes…Tonight I ordered two of the exact same dishes (Romano Chicken), with no modifications, and two cannolis for delivery through their ordering platform, not Uber eats. Order was placed around 7pm, and scheduled to be delivered just after 8pm. The food did not get delivered until 8:30pm, and it was missing an entire entree. The lady who delivered was extremely nice and offered a refund or for her to go back to the store and get it for me. I still needed to eat so I asked for my meal to still be delivered, and she happily agreed and said she would call me on her way back. When we opened the meal that was delivered, the piece of chicken was tiny so I called the restaurant to see if they can send another piece (that we were willing to pay for) with the order they are still bringing. I was then told sure, but your order will take longer to get to you because we need to make it and we’re behind on orders. Working in the hospitality industry myself, my response would have been “absolutely, and the extra piece of chicken is on us for the mistake. Our apologies again.” And I would have gotten in that kitchen to let the chef know I needed it on the fly with the order sitting under the heat lamp. I told her never mind and I would just like my food asap. The delivery driver called me again when she was on her way, and I finally got my meal around 9:30pm, almost two and a half hours after I ordered. She did make a comment “and it’s still hot!” Confirming that it was not remade and I had the same dish that was made 2 hours prior and likely sitting under a heat lamp. Still no free item, gift card, or refund offered, just my meal that was an hour later than the other. When I opened it, the chicken was incredibly soggy, and not nearly as good as the other times I’ve had this dish. Pieces of pasta that were not coated in the sauce were extremely dry on the edges. My recommendation is for the expo to verify the order, whoever is packing up to gos to check, and have the delivery person do a final check before they leave the restaurant.

Service was very cordial but slow. It wasn't an issue with our server, but rather with staffing. During most of our time there, she appeared to be the only server. I'll give grace around that, as I know
many restaurants are struggling to staff adequately.

In the past, when Broadway Restorante & Pizzeria was located at their original establishment, it was the best Pizzeria place in town for a delicious, awesome pizza and pasta, and calzones. With the best chefs, nice waitresses, and services. And they were opened late night until 4 a.m..
Now, while located in their new establishment closer to the highway, it's a better, newer, clean new restaurant.
I've been dining there a few times. At first, it was great, then, the 2 beautiful nice waitresses left, the good chefs they had left.
The new staff comes in and ruins what was once an awesome place to dine in.
The chef burns the bottom of the crust, waitresses, and staff are careless, and they didn't appreciate that we chose to come there to dine in . After several dine in visits with terrible service, Pizza not meeting up to the Broadway R&P, high standards of greatness that they used to have, and too expensive, I now chose to pass them by to go somewhere else.
