Got a build your own sundae with nondairy coffee chocolate chip, nondairy chocolate, pecans and a cherry on top. Husband got a nondairy mint chocolate chip and nondairy cookies and cream milkshake. Sooo freaking good. Idk what was different about the coffee ice cream today but it was sooo rich omg I was in heaven. The above and beyond customer service was literally the cherry on top. The young lady is always so kind and patient with me. Love this place

Amazing icecream but the milkshakes could be less milky, but if you like thin milkshakes come here!
At 3 pm there weren't too many people. It was a good experience.

Always good ice cream but typically under staffed.
I came in on Tuesday (9/2) and was helped by a young woman who was polite enough, but my overall experience this time wasn’t great. I ended up finding a hair in my ice cream. I can’t say for sure it was hers, but it was long and dark like her hair, and she wasn’t wearing a hat or anything. Every other time I’ve been to any Bruster’s, employees have worn hats, so I wasn’t sure if this was a new policy or just a one time thing since it seemed liked she was the only one working. I used to work in food safety, so details like this stick out to me. I’ve liked Bruster’s in the past, but not really liking the hair in my ice cream.
Came here to cheer up my autistic little sister when she was having a really rough day and Carter gave her an extra scoop to cheer her up. I’ll be specifically going out of my way to come to this Brusters.

Got an email for 1/2 off banana splits if you bring your own banana Thursday and when we got there , they said they would not honor it ? But they would offer 10% off ??
Absolutely ridiculous they are charging $3 per scoop and the scoops are tiny. Charge what you want but serve appropriate portions to satisfy the kids. Zero stars is the rating!!
Nothing Special
I’m a regular customer and usually love the desserts here, but I was really disappointed with the strawberry shortcake this time. It only had about 6 small strawberries and didn’t include any whipped cream — definitely not what I’ve come to expect. Not sure if someone new was making it, but it didn’t meet the usual quality. Hoping it was just a one-time miss.
