Bruster's Real Ice Cream

So good! Great prices and our go to for ice cream. We live downtown Orlando and drive specifically here to get our sundaes. Peanut butter sauce and hot fudge are legitimate!!.

I went to bruster’s like a week ago and had this girl help me! she’s super sweet i do not remember her name it was like clarai she’s very very sweet and was patient with my kids! loved the ice cream and will definitely be coming back!!! Great job hiring such a sweet and engaging young lady!

wrong so I went back to ask her to please remake it since my son is allergic to a specific preservative used in canned whipped cream. When I went back and told her the problem… she then, with an attitude asked if she needed to remake it, I replied yes and she walked away with an annoyed expression in her face and started smirking. When she came back I told her that she should change her attitude because she was very rude… She then says “I don’t need any constructive criticism goodbye” with a condescending smile, waving her hand and slamming the window in my face as I’m explaining to her when it was she was being rude.
My family and I have been coming to Brusters for over 10 years and have never had an experience like this… it was super disappointing to see this and i truly wonder how many people had to deal with her rudeness today. I hope to hear back from Corporate soon!

I have been going since I was little me and my brother would walk here and l love how it is a small business and how to people there are nice and u can actually see what they are doing in the back also their is a door bell to ring if they are in the back i give this place a five out of five I recommend
