If I could close a restaurant at will, I'd close this one. Worst BK I've ever been to and that's a low bar for BK. Terrible food and took forever to get through the line. I'm never going back here. Just hit the one one exit up on SR 434. One of the best I've been to

Order Ham, egg and Cheese. Paid for Ham, egg and cheese. Got no Ham. Really that's a minor thing. But what will happen, when you order here, is they will ask you wait at the first window, or go wait at the front of the restaurant to keep their service time low, when it actually isnt. Not a big thing. It is still burger king. Its just what the service is like.no one is rude.sometimes they can be pretty nice.just don't be surprised if their drive thru process seems odd.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went this morning ( which online and sign on store says 24/7) I went around 6:05, I understand drive thru was open at 6 so thought they might be a little late so I waited. Nobody came out. At this point it’s 6:15 so I start driving around at the windows to see if any workers? None. I end up parking and trying to go inside which says dining area is open 24/7 all the lights are on and no workers, I am knocking on the windows and stuff while atp there’s been a good line of people and people are starting to leave. I end up leaving around 6:35-6:40 I was there waiting for someone to just take my order for 35 mins. I know I shouldn’t have waited that long but all I wanted was just French toast sticks :( I tried calling the store number and it said the line was busy and no one was answering. At one point I thought I saw an employee on their phone but honestly not sure if I truly saw or it was just some item I saw in the windows. Anyways. I did not get French toast sticks and maybe do better for morning shifts :( I’ve been here early too before after I get bloodwork and there’s been people working, but today there was none.

It's burger king. If you walk inside the place is actually beautifully interior designed. But if you forget you're at burger king, you will be reminded by the service at the register and the food. I mean, it's low quality, but the interior of the building sure looks good.

The manager was aggravating she was so controlling and had to say something about everything she seen. Ma'am you don't have to say everything that comes to your mind. The food wasn't that good either my onion rings were cold and I had 5 tomatoes on my whooper and too much Mayo. She was checking the customers but not watching the employees. Example I had my vape in my hand my hand going in the restroom and she said ma'am you can't use that device in here. One customer was at the soda machine and she embarrassed him in front of everyone saying make sure you get water. Mean while the food needs more attention to detail. I should have taken a picture but I was on the phone.

Had to give a great review to this burger king. Awesome service and great food preparation. My flight was late coming in on Nov 10th and I rolled in 2:53 am. And let my tell you those chicken where well made just as order and tasted fresh. But the best part was the service. The young man at the window was so friendly at 2:53 am. He was very up lifting after such a long day. If there were 7 stars Id give them 7. Keep up the great work!

Food Is good…. But the service is Terrible… sounds like the dude hates his life…. Yeah, don’t come here unless u have patience’s took forever to ge thru the drive thru. Had us waiting about 10mins.
Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Manager and employees on first and second shift are disrespectful and don’t acknowledge the people who keep them paid and with hours. I placed a pick up mobile order came and stood inside for 30 mins and left with nothing. I asked for a manager multiple times after waiting 15 mins. He proceeded to come forward, disrespect me and my time, did not tell me his name then turn his back on me and left the store for the remainder of day least that’s what they said by employees. Everyone was rude and unprofessional and it starts with management. I will be making sure I report that manger to corporate and will be pushing for him to no longer work with Burger King. To be so disrespectful and unprofessional as a person of position as a leader is disgusting.

I’ve been standing at the register waiting for someone to take my order it’s been 10 minutes and I’m the only person in line. I haven’t been acknowledged once in the last 10 minutes. Terrible location.

Prefer this burgerking over most locations, I actually trust the employees will get my order right. I come here often, I usually grab a burger and a shake. Their food is so much better than McDonald's for price and quality.
