Absolutely the worst food I have had in a long time. Didn’t even taste like food? Tastes more like chemicals? BK has definitely gone downhill as far as their quality is concerned. I did not have it my way that’s for sure. The manager rang me up and he was not friendly and you could tell he didn’t want to be there. Dining room was far from clean.

There's a BK about 5 minutes from my house right off of 436. I stopped going to that location because the staff is not friendly and my orders were wrong CONSTANTLY. This BK in Altamonte Springs is MUCH better. This is the second time this month I have been to this location and the staff was great. Speaking of staff, Ebony was AMAZING. She put a smile on my face. She's very attentive not just to me but all of the other customers in the store. She made sure the order was correct before handing me the bag. I don't know if she's a manager or not but it seems like she may be a manager/supervisor because usually only management has this level of care. This is my favorite location and people like Ebony are the reason why I come back! I appreciate her being so sweet so much that I will also be putting this survey on Google Maps.
I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW HOW AMAZING EBONY IS AND THAT THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST BK LOCATIONS.
Parking: No issues with parking, plenty of parking.

We have been waiting for 15 minutes at the drive-through window for two chicken sandwiches and two fries and an order of churros. We’ve got a girl who knows nothing filling orders for DoorDash before the drive-through. This is the worst Customer Service. No one helped us, we ended up driving off without our churros. Avoid this place at all cost.

Waited over 20 minutes for my order and it was sitting in the window the whole time. They tried giving me someone else's order after 15 mins waiting at the window and them not even acknowledging that I was sitting at the window...then the guy at the drive thru window walked around with my money in his hand for a good 5 minutes before figuring out what he was even doing.

Went there kinda had a LG order paid over $40. Extremely long wait and the order wasn't correct
I sat with my family and ate. We all wore bk crowns. Food was great and on time. The young lady ringing us up was great at managing the order and very patient and sweet. I could sense her becoming a bit irritable with the back to back orders changing, but she rolled with it well.
Kid-friendliness: Kids would love how many crowns were laid out

No respect for customers There are families with kids waiting for food or asking for a refund, but no luck at all. Do not visit this place if you are hungry. This is my last time in here.

Burger king continues to fight for the top spot of the worst customer service. I stopped by 1215 am got somebody to answer the drive through, read out loud my coupon number and they went silent, no reply, asked if they got that and their over achieving staff continued to play dead. Drove around, every one was hiding. Shut the ligts off if you are not going to work. Todays sad work force.
