Unfortunately I think this is the worst BK in central Florida. Messed up orders and anytime I have ever gone, it tastes like the oil hasn’t been changed in a while.

I’ve visited this location multiple times and each experience has been consistently great. The staff is friendly, attentive, and makes you feel welcomed from the moment you walk in. The new manager stands out as especially kind and approachable—he seems to genuinely care about both customers and his team, which shows in the overall vibe of the store. Service is smooth, the environment feels positive, and everything is handled professionally. Definitely a place I feel comfortable returning to and recommending to others.

Every single time I come to this establishment Ahking young black boy with dreads is always rude, non chalant and his attitude is horrible to be in the food industry. He is always grumpy, always upset and gets this tone with not only myself but other customers as well. There is a young black Woman who usually works with him. She is a stark contrast. Always respectful, polite and correcting his mistakes! I feel like if you hate your job simply leave it be terminated. Edit: a few weeks ago I came back and that same guy cursed in the drive thru. His Gm was there and fired him on the spot and paid for my food! Thanks so much

I have to drive past two different Burger King locations to get to this one. In my experience this location serves up to par Burger King every time I have went, day or night unlike the other two. The one problem is the wait time in the drive thru. Even with the wait time I end up satisfied with the food. I recommend this spot for sure

I've tried calling the store, but you all have the wrong phone number up. So when I do my orders I can never call and make sure my food is fresh. Not good for business.

They messed up my order the day before. I went inside the store and the “manager” approached the counter and the cashier explained my concern. The “manager” literally threw the food at me. I felt so disrespected.
Repeatedly I’ve came to this Burger King and repeatedly had problems with ahkeme, he’s always angry and always in a horrible mood!! The moment he told me he dgaf today i lost It, but there was a witness who was very dissatisfied with his actions! Ryan came to the rescue, he was a gem and paid for my food out his own pocket due to the card machines being down and the way I was treated by AhKeme (don’t know if I’m spelling it right)! Hopefully he finds a job he actually likes

The location is not the best. The food is ok, not great. The inside is nicely designed but I did not like that I had an order of 3 medium fries in it and when I was waiting, the girl prepared the 3 fries, but consciously though she prepped 3, put 2 in my bag. The other girl seemed to ask her about it, she waived her away. Then gives me my order and guess what yall? she left the 3rd frie out of my bag on purpose!!!!!!! When she was serving it i was kinda confused and thought everything was there. I spent like over 40 bucks. And low and behold when I go to serve the food to my family after I leave, that one set of fries was missing. There was just 2.
Its like that girl was told to do that to me on purpose and guess what? You got your wish, doll. Im not eating at that burger king but the world doesn't end just because you choose to single me out because of hidden agendas, and not serve me my order right!!!!
