What a hole!!!!! If it wasn't because I like the whooper I wouldn't set foot in it ever again. Workers treat you like it is a favor. They look sad and overworked. The bathrooms are locked!!!!! So you need to ask for the key, and if they are taking care of an order you just have to wait in silence. Otherwise you might get a very angry gesture handing over the bathroom key.

you want give you wrong 99% of the time the lady manger is sweet she will fix it all but usually don't have time because of 30 min lunch it takes 20 to get your food

They’ve done a 180 since the remodel. It’s solid now.

I ordered on the app and drove over there to pick it up. When I got there, the drive thru attendant said we are closed. This was lunch time on Friday.

Lights are on, it's working hours, someone is in there, and they said they are closed... Should have a sign on the drive thru or something on the screen to let people know they are closed...

I dont put 0 stars because it doesnt let me. My fries were extremely hard and old and had no salt whatsoever. I asked if they could please remake them for me and what she said was that i could get a refund because it would mess up their time on their window. This is probably the Worst experience Ive had at burger king since the other ones ive went to have always treated me nicely and the food is almost always fresh.

I stranded in line for 15 minutes being the only person waiting at the register and the girl working the register wouldn’t even acknowledge me. It is suppose to be at fast food place but every time I come in here it takes at least 15-20 minutes to get my food and they’re not even busy.

They have a new manger. They now have a purto rician cross eyed manger that's seems nasty and diffentily rude. Asking for fresh food is not taken lightly by this new PR crew. This was one of the last buger kings that were good and the folks were nice. Back to wendys which is all good since they are very nice and close by. Lived by here 30 years and this is the 2nd time I will not come back until they get someone who likes people and not disrespectful to customers who are not their ethics.

This place is absolutely terrible. The are working with a skeleton, skeleton crew which is sad. The food takes about 20 minutes to come out. Service is ok, but to wait that long is not acceptable. Eat somewhere else.

(10:00 PM) Night shift are idiots that don't care if you get your order complete or not. I ordered a large meal and some chicken nuggets. Now I check my order at home and there are no nuggets, and they also forgot my soda. Now I need to check my bank account and see if they charged them or not.

They are also extremely rude to delivery drivers my mother was confronted by an employee that would talk to her telling her to cancel the order if she didn't want to wait after she was waiting for 30 mins

I paid for two Woppsr Jr's. With cheese and no mayo. I got home and got them without cheese and with mayo. The cheese cost $1 .00. Bad service by the cashier.
