Their burgers are overcooked and dry as if they've been sitting for hours under a warming lamp. Way overpriced when there are so many more options to choose from. We paid almost $70 for a family of four. This establishment will need to up their game if they're going to stay open. I wouldn't be surprised if their sales have tanked in the last year. There were hardly any customers which tells you something. I will not be returning anytime soon.

Shanique was a very nice and sweet lady! She made my day a lot better and easier! I was looking for the meals and she kindly explained to me what the meal deals were and why I couldn’t find them on the kiosk, a very pleasant experience!

Go buy some Publix beef and make your own burger. The prices here are outrageous. I know it's tough out here, but I'm not refinancing my house to buy a burger and fries.

This might be the most disappointing $30 I've ever spent on a burger. I was craving a burger, thought I'd try somewhere new so it's my 1st time ordering food from here and I surely expected more from a "burger place". A burger, fries and a shake for $30 i expect it to be good right, WRONG. I ordered the ultimate bacon cheeseburger and barely any bacon barely any cheese. I added lettuce tomato and onion and burgerfi sauce as you can see from the pics barely any of that too. I thought maybe I'll bite into and be pleasantly surprised but no still disappointed, very dry very plain burger. I ordered a oreo shake and it was more like a vanilla shake with a sprinkle of oreo on the very bottom. The fries though slightly burnt were perhaps the best part of this meal, added cheese and that was the only slightly satisfying part. I'm not sure how a burger joint messes up a burger but for sure I dereved better than this lol it was unfortunately a complete waste of money today. :(
