We recently dined at Carrabba’s on N. State Rd. 434 in Altamonte Springs with a party of 11.
Overall, it was a good experience. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and all of our orders came out correctly, which is always a plus with a larger group.
The only issue was that my soup never made it to the table, which was a little disappointing (by the time I realized it, we were done eating).
Our waitress could have been a bit more personable, but handling a party of 11 can be a challenge, so I understand if she was a bit overwhelmed.
My fiancé and I split the chicken parmesan with French fries, and it was very good—crispy, flavorful, and well-prepared. While there were a couple of small hiccups, the food was solid, and we’d consider coming back.

For a chain restaurant the food is pretty good. The drinks are well made. They also have a happy hour with great tasting bites to choose from.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! We catered our event with them and from the moment I called Misty/Missy was helpful on the phone and even more helpful when I walked in to go over the menu options. She explained the dishes well showed me the size pans and gave me a lot of suggestions to help me place my order. EVERYTHING we ordered was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The staff was exceptional and welcoming and even went out there way to accommodate me arriving slightly early. From beginning to the end I thank all the staff that assisted me host cooks and servers you are ALL APPRECIATED and I THANK YOU..everyone raved about the food!

Always hit or miss! Tonight I only got half the bread and it was all sloppy some out of the wrapping. The entree was also thrown together sloppily. $31.00 wasted because Carrabbas didn't give a crap. It had hardly any sauce or cheese basically just pasta! Makes me wonder what I even ate. I only ate a little because of how it was prepared with. ZERO CARE!
