Very Good Service & Quick & Tastey
Ordered two small sandwiches for my daughter and I and the girl at the counter rang up two large combos. My daughter said that we ordered small sandwiches and the girl pointed out that she gave us a 10% discount. I assumed there was a special going on and the price would be similar to my small order(why else would she make that decision for us) and ordered and paid. When we sat down I looked at the receipt realizing we actually paid nearly $20 more for a huge meal we weren’t going to eat. I did ask at the counter and the worker snidely suggested that I agreed to her changes she made to my order. She was deliberate in her actions and wanted our bill to be more. What I don’t understand is why? Are the workers on commission? Do they bonus on store sales? Spoke with a manager (doubtful she actually was) and she said they would be more mindful but I am guessing this is not unusual.

The manager Jolie was so rude I asked for a specialty item and she gave me attitude and was very unprofessional. Idk where you find these managers at. She did such a bad job with customer service that I advice you to find a replacement before she runs out more customers.

honestly customer service is awesome. but the food quality looks terrible. i watched as they made my bacon 3 cheese steak. been here multiple times the steak has never looked so melted. the veggies look horrible. also the cheese looked melted before they even heated it on the grill. hopefully i wont get sick eating it.
