Went thru drive thru..got home and found the order was incorrect. This never used to happen but has happened 2x in last month. Check your bag before pulling away from the drive thru.

The food was delicious as always the service was excellent the restaurant was very busy especially with families with small children my mom who is 95 had a wonderful time watching all the young children play
I'm in love with chicken all over again!!! Missed out on trying Chick-fil-A in New York a few years ago, so didn't want to make this mistake again. We don't have this in Scotland, our version of KFC is poor at best, so the quality of this chicken was a much needed delight. Will definitely be back as many times as I can for in before leaving for home.
I went through drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe. I was looking forward to digging into my sandwich when I noticed that there was no chicken in it! There’s the bread lettuce tomato and cheese but NO CHICKEN! I am so disappointed! They got my money I have no dinner!

Paid for large fries to receive a medium amount in large container. This scamming of quantity has to be exposed. This is happening more and more. The lack of integrity in this chick Fil A Is appalling. Profiting from cheating your customers from food they paid for is despicable. This is the third time this happens in the same location. Managers need to do better!!!!
I went there Saturday to get food. Didn’t even get my fries or my chicken nuggets and then they closed so I wasn’t able to get my food until today which is Monday so I go back and the fries are half filled maybe less, the chicken nuggets are old…Definitely go to a different Chick-fil-A. They obviously do not care here.
