Don’t know what happened with this place? Used to be good but now the food has gone downhill and the management has too. I used to frequent here 3-4 times each and every week for breakfast, not including any lunch or dinner visits but now I have boycotted it due to the very rude and unprofessional treatment I received by the manager. I was not given all of my food. When this was brought to the managers attention she was very rude about it, sighing, rolling her eyes, chunking food in the garbage, snatching food out of my hands? Really?? The employees mess up and it is taken out on the customers, a frequent customer at that? I don’t think so! Too many places around here that will appreciate my money and not treat me so poorly. Only good thing about this particular one is the cashier Cindy. She is always so friendly. She was the reason we were going to this particular one, it surely was not their food as the one in Apopka has way better food. Shout out to Cindy for being the only decent employee and the only employee that seems to care. I will miss her but not the food and the rude behavior of management.
Vegetarian options: Fruit cup
Kid-friendliness: The play area is filthy. No way I would allow my child in there. Never saw anyone clean it ever. Just gets dirtier every time I go.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very small and tight dining room.

The new drive thru experience with employees standing in the drive thru is terrible. You don't get the opportunity to look at a menu before you get to order your food with this setup. If you do want to look at a menu then you have to use a disgusting physical menu that everyone else throughout the day has repeatedly touched. You also have someone very up close violating your personal space. The employee might as well be in the back seat of my car taking my order. Mind you it was completely dead as far as how busy they were but they still had this ridiculous system implemented. At least give people the opportunity to order from the traditional window so they can actually view a menu before ordering that hasn't been passed around all day long.

Editing my review with an update… Unfortunately, dropping to one star. This is the 5th visit in a row where we have been missing the main meal items. This location consistently fails to live up to the standards I’ve always enjoyed at Chick-fil-A.
We love CFA!!! But this location has recently been really dropping the ball with the mobile orders at the drive through. Several times we get all the way back home only to discover we are missing a sandwich or a main meal item - not just sauces and sides. It’s getting frustrating. The staff really needs to double check orders.

We usually like Chick-fil-A, but the food at this location was a disappointment. The grilled chicken sandwich lacked flavor, and the fries had a peculiar taste as if the oil had been overused. Hubby was more pleased with his spicy, fried chicken sandwich. Since we were seeking a fast, nearby place for lunch, we managed that much.

I rarely go to Chick-fil-A. Wanted something quick. Ordered Grill Chicken sandwich. Very small joke of a portion. Staff was very friendly. However, I will never go back to a Chic Fil A Not worth paying so much for small size sandwich.

Kid-friendliness: The indoor playspace is popular with the kiddos and is behind a separate door so they can hoot and holler as loud and as much they want
Wheelchair accessibility: Thoughtful consideration given to wheelchair-bound patrons...from the depressions in concrete so wheelchairs can roll through effortlessly, to wide walk spaces so wheelchairs may go freely anywhere inside the restaurant
The app refuses to apply any gift card balance if the total of the order is more than the gift card balance. I used my credit card to cover the balance and when I arrived I asked the attendant if the gift card balance could be applied and he assured me that it would, but it was not, this is intentional to force people to add incremental amounts of funds to the gift balance and it forces multiple visits. This is a disgusting company, will never patronize again.
