I must admit I love Chick-fil-A. Having said that, mini restaurants struggle keeping their business model congruent at other locations. Not Chick-fil-A!! Every single Chick-fil-A I go to in the central Florida area is spot on GREAT!! This Altamonte location is no exception.

$40 for 2 adults and a kid, they forgot my salad dressing and I had to whistle for them at the counter. The cashier said "thank you sir", the manager said "here ya go man". Obvious rift in expectations for FOH. Tiny playground for kids. No one comes by offering refills like other locations. Suggest drive-thru only at this location.

This was my first negative experience with Chickfila. The woman at the window was rude to another employee and appeared to ignore my explanation that a mistake was made. If you want to keep employees and customers, please watch your tone.

Food was good, the staff is nice, but for some reason my order tends to be confused when I ask for a filet instead of grilled chicken on my salad. Today this happened, again, which prompted for a cancel on my order and for me to swipe my card again. I was not told till after the transaction and by a different assistant of when the funds will be back in my bank, which is 72hrs. I would suggest that prior to canceling an order they should advise of what they’re doing first in the case that the person does NOT have those additional funds to make a “double payment” at that time. Thankfully, I had the funds available but, what if I didn’t? Instead, the order should have just been corrected than cancelled to avoid funds being sent back to my bank in 72hrs. It’s the principle of the issue of thinking how you can avoid of interfering with someone funds.I shouldn’t have had the experience of this issue and expected better.

Double check your order. This is the fourth time this year they have messed up my order. Guess it’s my fault for not double checking before I leave but damn chick fil a. I been going to maitland one instead and went to altamonte because I was in hurry and surprise they screwed it up. Asked for a wrap and they gave me a veggie one.Do better chick fil a, let’s focus on getting orders right instead of saying my pleasure after everything lmfao

I always love this location! I always think Chick-fil-A is always efficient with their drive thru service but today they disappointed me! I told the guy in the drive thru I would like extra avocado ranch for my cobb salad. So he made a note on his tablet. I asked the 2nd person who repeats the order to make sure I get extra dressing. She said okayThen at the window I asked the guy again who hands me the order if my extra dressing was inside the bag. He read the monitor instead of checking my bag!So since I trust them I went home to find out that there's only one dressing!! It's a big amount of salad and considering the price of it, I do need more dressing!! I will double check next time or maybe I will just go to PDQ or Huey Magoos!! So disappointing. :(
