Chili's Grill & Bar

I saw a person, going to different tables, and I was not sure if it was a he or she, as it was the body of a men, but the face was made up to be a woman. I assume he was a transgender? The waitress informed me that he was the Manager, and he was just expressing himself. A restaurant is not the place to do this. I will be writing to the Company. This was totally disgusting to see a Manager of a restaurant acting out.

I used to work there all the fried food is good but the pasta is microwaved and they use the same container to mix it up all day!!! By the end of the night it’s disgusting!!! So caked up with old pasta sauce, they microwave a bag with pasta and sauce then once it’s hot it’s put into a bowl were it’s mixed then it’s plated! That pasta was made days before and the sauce too! It’s just microwaved food for $17 a plate!!! The fried food is clean and fresh but I wouldn’t trust no pastas, no rice nothing that takes more than 10 minutes at home because at restaurants what takes a long time to cook they just heat it up it’s pre made! Come on u think they gonna boil water and make you fresh noodles everytime! That was frozen!!! It’s microwaved food!

Abby was really incredible. After working out I was craving a really good burger and when I say that Abby delivered me the best burger I've had in ages I'm not exaggerating! I don't have any idea who was on the line tonight but they were really great and delivered the PERFECT burger! Thank you so much for making my work out worth while!!!

1st time at this location, it was great. Service was amazing, food came out fast, and it was nice to see that someone was always cleaning the tables after each guest instead of having a dirty table taking up seating for the guests that were coming in.
All in all 1 of the best chili's locations I've been too.

The manager let me wait 20 minutes to get my to go order. The kicker? Everyone after me got their to go order while I had to wait. No assistance, no one to be found. Sexist & sickening.

This Chili’s delivers solid food, and I’m happy to say the ribs still have that same great flavor I remember from my first visit. Everything we ordered tasted good, and the portions were satisfying. However, the service could have been better. Our server brought out the main dishes while our appetizer plates were still on the table, making it a bit cramped since we were a party of three with multiple dishes. It wasn’t a huge issue, but it did make the experience less smooth. Despite that, I’d still come back for the food!

Stephanie wasn't just good. She was superb! Imagine, if you will, a server that not only exceeds a standard, but sets the bar for what is possible. Stephanie didn't just help us get what we asked for quickly, she did it with an attitude that reminded us, "hey. Disney isn't the REAL happiest place in Florida. The Chili's in Altamonte Springs is (thanks to Stephanie)! Just look how happy my honey is!

Go here a lot, Sandwiches & bergers are priced about the same as a fast food place but with way better quality, plus the service is super fast. Pls tip at this location , it's clear management enforces them to share tips bc they send like 3 different servers to your table, & I personally don't like that, I never know who to ask for things & I think it's unfair to force tip sharing, especially when you see 1 server most of the time & the other 2 are "just checking" on you.
