Went to dine in at 2pm on a Wed. Waited aprox 20mins without anyone even looking our way. No it was not busy. Tables were empty.Walked right out. So customer service is not good.
Did drive down 436 to the Chilis on 2425 E . Semoran. Excellent service and did spend more than $80 for just 2 people.

While we usually really enjoy going to Chilis, this location was far from what we are used to. We had to wait a while until a host showed up to seat us. Our server seemed really annoyed from the start, we had to remind her of a couple of things and she would keep shaking her head when leaving our table, even when telling her that we got a dirty spoon. The food was great, but our server unfortunately ruined the whole experience.

Picking up an order and waited 10 minutes at the designated area before I had to grab someone myself, all the while multiple members walked past me

What is this feeling of Sunday lunch for the $6 special margs and watching football! We got the 3 for me deal which includes entree, side, and beverage. I picked the QP burger and side house salad. My buddy got his 3 for me deal with unlimitedddd đŸŽ¶ chips and salsa. The pink and green margs are pretty popular! (Chilis already sold out of the cutesy stirrers like in the picture.)

The burger was super filling and the marg was pretty strong, imo. Our group had a great time and our server was super friendly!

I go every Saturday with my dad and I always request Heather because she takes extra good care of us and makes sure our food is perfect and that were comfortable and makes sure to have conversation and treats us like family. She has always made us feel safe and nothing has ever gone wrong with her as our server. She's my favorite waitress I've ever had. The food is always top notch and they always know to sit me with Heather it's a wonderful environment with amazing people. Heather especially goes above and beyond

The manager, Garrett, told me that ALL of their burgers have to be smashed on the grill, that is their corporate standard. When we go to the Deland chilis, and others, they serve our burgers not smashed or burned.
Our fries were cold and seasoned, I asked for no seasoning. My wife’s broccoli came out over cooked and they didn’t replace it until we were ready to leave. Our chips were so crushed we couldn’t eat them. I even ripped the paper and they brought me the same dish back. They were not even busy and couldn’t refill our drinks!!! Just a horrible experience.

Our server Fransisco was one of the best hospitality managers I’ve seen in a long time. You could definitely tell he runs things and if he doesn’t he should. The food was good and came out hot. The service was what made it a great experience though.

My In store experience was the great. Server took care of us and was very attentive. Got the 3 for me with some upgrades ended up being $32. Put an $8 tip for a total make an even $40. Now a few hours later as I’m checking my statement it’s been updated to $50 and some change. Updating the tip to $18. Not sure if this is a common practice here. But I highly suggest double checking your statements when eating here.

Update: Dropping to 1 star from 4(which was already generous) because the response clearly shows they didn’t read the interaction. Won’t be back. Have a great day!

Experience/Environment: What’s funny is how “chilly” it is, every time you walk into any Chili’s. Layout is cool, as soon as you walk in, the bar area is right there and the restroom is tucked toward the left. At other Chili’s you usually have to look around a bit for it. All the staff we interacted with were very fun except our waitress sadly. Shoutout to the young man that brought out our chips and salsa with the “Queso Crew” shirt and Cindy (fun hair).

Price: To be expected. Same as other Chili’s. Once you know the cost of one Chili’s, you know the others. If you like burgers, the 3 for Me is a steal. You get the burger, side, and drink for like 14, 15$

Food: Delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly. The sauce on top of it always gives it an extra kick. I highly recommend the quesadilla explosion salad. Burger was cooked very well as well. For some reason, they always forget the bacon, this one did not so major props lol.

Service: Here we go lol. Abby, our waitress..she did a little walk by and said she’ll be with us soon, ok no problem. When she finally came over she asked if she can get our drink orders, excited I said sure and asked if we can place our entire order as well because we were ready. She hesitated and though slight her attitude shifted — then said yes. FIRST thing that came out of my mouth. I have a queso reward, can I use it with my explosion salad? We’re doing the 3 for me for his but the salad count as an entree right? Her answer: “Yes.” We order, she clicks a couple things then says we’ll redeem the reward later. Cool. Queso crew guy came out with chips and salsa with queso super quick, energized, and happy. After a little bit, Cindy comes out with our food, same thing, fun, makes conversation , we all laugh and joked — she had a great personality , wish she was our waitress. Throughout our meal, Abby checked on us a couple times, kudos there.

Time for the check. I looked at the little tablet and everything is a la cart. Abby walked by a few times and when we finally caught her, we asked for the check and she told us it’s on the tablet. We looked again, then alerted her it was all showing a la cart. She comes back and says, she can’t take off the queso but won’t be about to take off the lemonade because the chips comes off with the queso and now there wasn’t a “3” in the 3 for me. That’s when I reminded her that’s the first thing we asked. She then looked at me, tilted her head and asked “Would you like be to take off the lemonade” — in the tone you would talk to a child. — Dear Abby, in every scenario, every use case, every situation, the answer will always be yes. You’re welcome in advance. I looked at her and she said, I will go ask my manager. When she returned, bill went from 52$ to 34$. Make that make sense. In what world would I not ask you to fix what you did wrong? Come on. Get it together.

NTT [[Next Time Try]]: Can’t say there will be a next time, but have fun.

Thank me later ;) Smile, eat, hydrate. Live honest and don’t settle. Hope to see you out there! xo
