We got delivery and were quite impressed. The bourbon chicken was flavorful and cooked well. Lo mein was good and fried rice was great. Not greasy. We have eaten at several local Chinese takeouts but this was top notch.

To start, I almost left because upon entering the restaurant, 3 employees behind the register looked up and looked back down... no greeting. The cashier was rude. Didnt seem like she wanted to be there but they do have a sign saying they are "understaffed" so maybe thats why Lol I ordered the shrimp egg foo young; after taking one bite and I had to vomit. Immediately. When I initially cut into it it looked very odd.... But I tried it... these cant be real eggs and it the inside sooo wet? Grease maybe? It tasted absolutely disgusting. I will neverrr eat here again. FAIL.

Have been coming to China Gate for years, still our favorite place for quick take-out! The house lo mein is always good, as is the shrimp fried rice. Love the egg drop soup as well! Staff is friendly and kitchen gets orders out fast. Wish we could sit and eat here though.

I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but that went out the window once I realized they left out one of two egg rolls we paid for. The food, all of what we ordered was extremely bland and tasteless... seasoning???? And what is going on with the Krab Rangoon...yuck!!!

I ordered a honey garlic chicken combo and was slightly disappointed in the general flavor of everything- the chicken was overly sweet(no garlic flavor), the fried rice was lacking in flavor, and the egg drop soup was basically sesame oil broth- I did expect more from this place considering it's good reviews. The food isn't terrible,but I probably won't be going back anytime soon.

Great fried rice and lo mein. That's all I have tried but it was really good. They dont allow dine in anymore, the sign says due to inflation but that sign replaced the covid sign, so who knows. At least it is open Monday when others are closed.

I ordered through uber eats here for the first time and the order was wrong, tried it anyway and it was nasty. I also used UberEats because I couldn't leave what I was doing and specifically noted I needed utensils which didn't come. The fried rice tasted like paste. At least my Dr.Pepper was good.

This is a small Chinese restaurant that now only offers takeout "due to high inflation." I ordered the curry chicken and it was absolutely delicious! Despite the change to takeout-only, the flavors were on point, and it's definitely worth a visit for their tasty dishes.
