Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered a Barbacoa bowl from Uber eats and kind of disappointed with the food now not with the delivery my food had a item in it, and it was hard and it kind of made me almost puke from chewing on it thinking it was a food item. I worked in chipotle before and I know is busy and stuff but I would never to my knowledge serve or put a customers in a hazardous situation.
Let do better guys!!!! Still love this food !!!!
Just be aware of what you serving or prep Prepping correctly to avoid matters like mine in this situation. I had to edit my review from 5 stars and now to inform a complaint.

I had the dookey-hand made burrito. Didn't feel too well. Joking but don't know why they can't get their employees to wash hands. They need to require rubber gloves. If they do this and you see brown stains on the gloves, send your food back and leave. ;-).

Zero stars if I could at this location.
Tables are always filthy, they never have sides despite it being 8pm and they don’t close for a few more hours they are always out of things.
Today I went in for a bowl and one of the workers who wears his hat extremely low in his face just slapped on a biggest piece of fat on my bowl I’ve ever seen and after asking someone else to remove it that same guy who put it on my plate said “so?” After another worker said I had all fat in my bowl. The counters were dirty and it’s just overall very disappointing because no other chipotles in my area are like this.

The guy who served me, served me poorly, was rude and did not serve me the portion of Guacamole that they always give me every time I order it, he got upset because I did not order the toppings I wanted in order

I am part of the rewards club and received a double protein offer, so I stopped in. Got the limited time offered brisket, which has a spicy seasoned sauce on it of cumin and other spices which really come through. It was so good that I ate nearly all of it, and now I am bursting. Managed to get in before the mass of customers came in. Parking is a bit crowded, but since the spots next to it are a bank, you can overflow to park there.

Wow !!! Very disappointed in my chicken bowl the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way very slimy gooey pink like wow. I use to work at a chipotle & I know how things should be cooked and the way my chicken was today on 1-12-2025 at 5:20pm is just shameful. I could get sick eating this the chips were fried to damn hard they didn’t even taste good. I won’t be back ever again

The food for me is one of the best. You have variety in both rice, beans and meat. Topping to choose from such as the salad, pico de gallo and the best the guacamole.
You eat like a king at an excellent price. To take away or eat at Chipotle facilities.

Ordered Carnitas and asked them twice if they put pork on my bowl, they didn't and messed up my order

Never happy to pay for a chicken rice bowl, get home and start to eat.....it was some weird barbcoa chicken? Definitely wasn't what I ordered. Staff seemed to be distracted? Nobody really cared to even greet New customers. First and last time for me.

Terrible service. Paid $14 for a burrito that I ordered with double chicken and they use the edge of the spoon to serve the ingredients. I basically had to beg to get a serving of every single ingredient. You guys really need to get it together. Ruining the consumer experience.

Agree about the staff just starting orders then walking away. Slowest service I've ever received at chipotle. I've been standing in line for 12 minutes and when I got here there were only 2 people in front of me. And the guy in front of me still hasn't even been helped.. I'd walk out but I'm hungry.

How this location has 3.9 stars is beyond me. This is by far the worst chipotle location I’ve ever visited. Portions are comical and they are consistently inconsistent.
