Chipotle Mexican Grill

I ordered chips and hot sauce for delivery and this is how much hot sauce was in the container. Why is it ok to only fill up the container 1/2 way?

Spotless location, the staff was great, especially Thomas. He went above and beyond; he knew exactly how to prepare a great burrito. The portions were perfect. This is one of the best locations I've ever visited. Great overall experience.

I used to frequent this restaurant and really enjoyed it. It's been about 6 months since my last meal. I ate there today and it was DISGUSTING. The bathroom was trashed, small pools of water on the floor in the dining room from I assume a roof leak, the area where you get your utensils and drinks was DISGUSTING and I'll never eat there again. On top of that, as I type this, my stomach is churning so I probably ate some unhealthy chicken that I may see again later. ug... The health dept needs to investigate. DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION.

The portion sizes for the delivery is ridiculous when I go in person I get three times if not four times as much food for the same exact price I ordered a bowl for delivery and got a quarter worth of food in my bowl and I would if I have had gone in person. NOT COOL. 😩

very disappointed. got my daughter a kids meal and she chose fruit. this is what they’re giving our kids. absolutely MORTIFYING

We were eating at Chipotle, and I saw a cockroach.,🪳🪳🪳🪳

Instantly, I lost my appetite because I’m very disgusted by roaches. We called the manager — a lady who was at the register — around 5:30 to 5:40 p.m.

What she did was grab a napkin and try to catch the cockroach, which then ran under the seats — all of this happened while we were still sitting at the table.

We decided to move to another table, but we didn’t see what happened next.

This situation leaves a lot of questions:

1. How often does this happen?
When we told her what was going on, she didn’t seem surprised or shocked — she just grabbed a napkin to pick it up.

2. How often do they fumigate or control pests and insects?

3. What is their cleaning routine like at the end of the day?
Do they really perform deep cleaning and ensure proper hygiene in the restaurant?

After all of this, nobody came over to apologize or even check on us, which makes me wonder — is this normal?

There seems to be a serious lack of hygiene and supervision at this location.

Had a good experience with this Chipotle. Its my go to place!
They followed my instructions regarding quantity very well! Even the staff is polite and friendly. In the evening on a weekday there wasn’t any queue. Their service was prompt. I get a take out every time from this chipotle :) and no issues with the time they promise.

I have been to this location numerous times before. The restaurant is always very clean and the tables have been freshly wiped off. It is easy to find a spot to sit here that is clean. The food is always great and they put plenty of meat on my tacos. For me that is very important on my decision to go to a chipotle Location. I’m not gonna pay the high price. I have to ask for double meat when I should have enough meat to begin with. I am happy to say that this location does not disappoint. They have plenty of beverages and drinks to choose from. The staff is very friendly and kind!
