I took my kids to Chuck E. Cheese today, and honestly, the experience was way better than I expected - all thanks to one employee, Madelyn. She was doing everything. She checked us in with a smile, walked us through how everything worked, and pointed us in the right direction without making us feel rushed. Later, when my kids wanted to go into the jumping zone and no one else was around, she literally went to grab the key herself and opened it up for them. You could tell she was juggling a lot of people at once, but she stayed so patient, kind, and on top of things. As a mom of two who’s been to more chaotic kid places than I can count, I was genuinely impressed. Madelyn made the whole visit smoother and way less stressful. Chuck E. Cheese needs more employees like her!!!

Staff is not friendly and its expensive compared to the tickets earned and the prizes the kids get. My son was disappointed to play for 90 minutes and only earned enough tickets to get 2 little toys. We will not be back.

We had such a great experience at Chuck E. Cheese! The staff made our visit extra special — especially Arther and Liz. They were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.
Arther was so patient and kind, helping us with the games and making sure the kids had the best time. Liz was equally amazing — super cheerful, quick to assist, and really made us feel welcome. You can tell they both genuinely care about creating a fun, family-friendly atmosphere.
It’s not easy to find staff who make a busy place like this feel personal, but Arther and Liz truly stood out. Thank you both for making our day so much fun! 🎉👏
I have to give credit with credit is due and this location has the best staff ever. They are so calm in chaos and they are so well organized and keep their cool even on the busiest day of the week to come here which is Sunday. I had no idea of how busy it would be when we came in for our 4p reservation on a Sunday,. In some ways, it was nice to see an iconic brand be busy after all of the trouble they’ve had as a brand, but on the other hand it was overwhelming because I didn’t expect it. However, the staff was so kind, upbeat, organized, and overall, strong in the way they managed all of the parties happening at the same time. I would definitely recommend anyone to have their party here because of their incredible staff.
