The manager there is rude. She is around 5 ft white lady, and not at all friendly!! Her name is Lily and she is very rude! She is mean and aggressive! Why would the corporate office hire such a person? This woman is outright unprofessional and screams at customers. Should you get a wrong order she will not work with you. The corporate office needs to look into this lady. I’ve seen so many complaints about her that it is quite an embarrassment for the staff there and for the customers. Order if you dare. I will be reaching out to the corporate headquarters in Sandy Springs GA. That place is a circus show location of Altamonte springs mall. This manager is usually there in the evening hours. Rude!!!!

I bought an item
It didn’t look good. Asked for an exchange and the black cashier was very rude so I asked for a refund. Then the supervisor came over and was worse.
Didn’t apologize for her employee being rude and stated she gave me a refund and it never came. I had to contact my bank to get credit and put in a claim. I’m never going back. HORRIBLE customer service!!!

Excellent service and fluffy, hot, fresh, and delicious cinnamon rolls. Cinnabon has the best cinnamon rolls. The manager was awesome! She quickly remedied an issue from before and I'm more than satisfied with the outcome. Thank you and have a blessed day.

Without a doubt, I really like Cinnabon. The rating I give is because the 3 times I have been there the place is dirty (floor) and trash lying around. It looks bad.

The manager refused to take coupons and said, you need to have it in some app, I showed them the app, and despite having for both Cinnabon and Auntie Anne's, with whom they share a space, they still denied my 10% off coupon. They said only military discounts are honored there. They are a franchise and refuse coupons and lost a customer over an 80-cent discount. Will not be returning and will be spreading the word.

This place will regularly accept your order on Uber eats and then leave it being prepared in limbo while Uber driver after Uber driver cancels because they’re waiting around to pick up a Cinnabon or 2. This game will go on until, conveniently, it’s closing time and your order gets canceled by Uber eats. I’d understand if I was ordering 10 minutes before close but an hour and 15 minutes prior to and ya’ll are playing this game?? So annoying. Why be in business if you don’t want to service the public?

Worst customer service ever.
Had a Cinnabon reward and told I'd have to order it online to redeem it, asked if I could just do that real quick. Told I was too late for that.

I was just trying to turn my bad day into an okay day, instead this...

(2 months later) Much better customer service. I'm very satisfied.

Yesterday was my second trip to this Cinnibon location that did not want to sell me cinnamon buns. The first time they told me they didn't have the 4 pack I requested. I only saw 2 in the display case, and bought 2 singles instead. Yesterday, I tried to order a 4 pack again. I saw 6 cinnamon buns in the display case this time, but again was told they didn't have 4. I could buy 1 or 9, but not 4! I just walked off. What kind of business calls themselves Cinnibon, but won't sell cinnamon buns...

Stood in line only to get up closer to the checkout to see a sign that says they don't accept the Cinnabon App....at Cinnabon...promptly got out of line.. Most of the time they don't accept cash either. The Auntie Annes that's connected to it has terrible pretzels now too. Past few times I've gone they are so skinny and hard and they got rid of the sweet mustard that they've had for years and got generic honey mustard that's not nearly as good.

Horrible Rude customer service until I asked for a a manager then he was nice. They advertise a 4 pak to go box for $22 when I asked for it he told me no he can’t because there where none in a box. I said well can input 4 in a box he said he can’t. I said why u have fresh ones sitting the back he said we need those to sell . I said so if buy 5 separate ones and put them in separate boxes and sell me them but u can’t put 4 in a box as advertised he said yes.. what kind of bait and switch is that . I said I want ur manager . Manager came out said not problem and put 4in one box and sold me them. I won’t be going there again the causer service is always horrible horrible
