Ridiculous prices for a like it $8.39 come in cold stone. Time to buy ice-cream at Publix. I mean one scoop for almost $9 bucks. My fault for going to a cold stone.

Won't serve a kid icecream with out a mask ....... you took 4yrs to respond to a review what a joke hopefully your the silent co-owner......

Too expensive. $20 for 2 medium size, one with waffle cone. My local shop gives double the amount including toppings for less! Dont do it often so it was ok

Over priced, Ice cream was bland

Ice cream is ok, but $40+ for 2 small cups, 1 med cup & 1 small milkshake? It's ok but it definitely isn't all that, milk is 2.86 A GALLON at Walmart I'll probably be making my own ice cream for these prices, give me a break... Absolutely nuts that this is where we are in 2025... Service was good so I'll upvote that, but if this was based solely on value I'd give it a zero... Smashing the ice cream on a cold stone is a cute little time wasting gimmick & does an absolute truck load of nothing for the taste.

My family and I were here 2 weeks ago and were helped my Aiden (whos in training). A note for management: PLEASE GIVE HIM A RAISE WHEN HIS TRAINING PERIOD IS OVER! It was absolutely packed in there, I’m talking line out the door. It was loud, there were so many orders, and even through all of that Aiden was so incredibly kind and helpful. I won’t lie, we were alot. My little brother was asking for a bunch of samples, not once was Aiden annoyed or anything, he even helped my brother decide. My stepmom is a little bit hard to understand sometimes because of her accent but he made sure to get all of the orders right. I mean I cant say enough good things about him. He truly was great and unfortunately you dont see much of that with kids his age anymore- hes one of the best!

What in the world are people thinking going here. What outrageously overpriced items. You can get 2 gallons of much better ice-cream from the store for what you pay for a small.

Had to cancel my order since they couldn’t seem to fulfill my order due to them not having anything we ordered. What a waste of time & gas to pick up an order they didn’t have the ingredients to make.

I've actually never been this upset by a simple 'getting some ice cream' experience then I was tonight at this location. One of the workers there tonight, Anissia? I couldn't fully read her name tag, was incredibly rude to my husband and I. It was a busy night tonight, and NORMALLY in a busy ice cream shop, you patiently wait in line until someone behind the counter addresses you and usually says something to the effect of 'What can I get for you?' So I was just looking at my phone waiting to be called as there were many people in front of us. This Anissia woman quietly and without saying a single word- walks in front of me on the other side of the counter and just rudely stares at me! Doesn't say a single word... as if I am supposed to know intuitively that it's my turn now. I didn't actually notice her as I was looking at my phone, my husband had to poke me and gesture towards her to let me know it was my time to order. When I looked up she was literally glaring at me, saying absolutely nothing. I was really thrown off by this interaction but ordered politely and without another word from her she goes off to make my ice cream. I'm waiting again, looking at my husband this time to be like 'what the hell was that about' until he gestures to me again to turn around and there this woman is with my ice cream in her hand outstretched toward me, standing there, staring at me WITHOUT SAYING A SINGLE WORD. I get it. Its the end of the night and it's busy, but I'm sorry... you can grow up and use your words. That was so rude and we absolutely didn't deserve to be treated like that when we were being nothing but patient and polite to her- my husband still tipped them 15%...

Well. Took my daughter who just got off work. We waited in a long line for 20 minutes. She ordered a cone. I also said please put that on a cone in case she hadn't heard my daughter. The lady proceeded to hand us a cup not cone. We didn't make a big deal about it but were dumbfounded at the lack of customer service. Yikes.

Items taste great but very long lines seems as they were short staffed for night shift.

Always good and fresh. Friendly staff!

Came here a couple of weeks ago because I had to set up my Spectrum account at the corner of the building. The cashier was really rude. I gave her cash to pay for my drink and she didn’t even told me that she was out of coins. She gave me a penny and then when I told her I had the change so she could give me a dollar she just said “I can’t open the register” and walked away. Honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a customer. Really nasty attitude
