Kalen and Sarah were so friendly and helpful! My ice cream was delicious and I had fun chatting with them while they made it.
All in all, not a bad experience. Twas a busy Saturday night. What knocked down the rating was the human hair that my wife found in her cup. 🤮 Now the girls behind the counter were apologetic and immediately refunded the price. Me thinks, one and done.

Im sharing my review of a custom ice cream cake I ordered. We love Coldstone ice cream in general, so I expected the ice cream cake to be really good. I ordered the $40 small round cake, cookies & cream flavored. I won’t be ordering another ice cream cake from Coldstone. It was quite literally like eating a very mediocre piece of cake (without frosting) with ice cream in the bowl. We were so unimpressed with it. I would have had more going for me had I ordered a whole Publix chocolate cake and had cookies & cream ice cream on the side. We do love the ice cream when we come and order their special combinations and I will keep coming for that, but not for any of their cakes.

I asked if there was egg in the vanilla ice cream, and I was told it did. I'm glad they went to the back to find the ingredients. It was made in the back because of the egg allergy. They put alot of love into it and my son loved it. Great product great taste.

Below average. The ice cream was not great tasting at all. The customer service was not friendly. I guess I am just used to Kelly's Homemade Ice cream. I heard more about the employees personal life than I did about anything else. Not even a "Hi how are you, or any samples today?" A stare is what I got. Like I was cattle being pushed through the line. Also, not enough seating.

My recent visit to Cold Stone Creamery in Altamonte was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting. Their welcoming attitude immediately set a positive tone for my visit. The store was clean and had a vibrant, cheerful atmosphere, which made it a great spot to enjoy a treat.
I decided to try the Oreo Cookies and Cream flavor, which came highly recommended. The ice cream itself was rich, creamy, and full of flavor. Every bite was smooth and perfectly balanced with chunks of Oreo cookies, adding a satisfying crunch to the creamy texture. You can tell that Cold Stone takes pride in using quality ingredients, and it truly made a difference in the overall taste.
What stood out most to me, beyond the ice cream, was the service. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be there, and they took the time to ensure I had a great experience. They were attentive, quick to take my order, and even engaged in a bit of friendly conversation, which added a personal touch to the visit.
Overall, Cold Stone Creamery in Altamonte is a fantastic spot to grab a delicious ice cream treat. The combination of their high-quality products and excellent customer service makes for a memorable experience. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking to satisfy their sweet tooth while enjoying friendly service in a welcoming environment.

My husband and I both got ice cream but he got Oreo overload that had very few oreos.
Me & my child went into the shop.
There were 2 young boys that placed their order 5 mins ahead with another employee. After 5 mins, a different employee walked up and asked for my order. I placed the order & then the young boys huddled next to me & my child near the ice cream section. I asked them if they had already placed their order & they said yes, & pointed to the same employee that took me & my child's order. The employee handed my child his ice cream cup. Then I said, "Excuse me to the young boy, Me & my child moved to the register. I waited to receive my ice cream, waiting for an additional 7 mins. The 2 employees talked to the young boys and handed them ice cream. My ice cream order was skipped. The employee walked down to the register rung up my order. Then the employee look at the young boys and said, "You guys are good." The young boys walked out with free ice cream. While I had to wait a total of 15 mins!
I am very dissatisfied with the service and the experience. This is supposed to be a family oriented environment. Not some employees flirting and giving people free ice cream without a coupon!

3-4 ice cream flavors are melted and they are still trying to server them in cones. Audacity! Need better quality refrigeration. Summer

They do not fill their cups anymore. They give you barely a half of a scoop for the “like it”. The cup isn’t filled and it’s a lot of room left over in the cup. For the price the cup should we filled.
