All in all, not a bad experience. Twas a busy Saturday night. What knocked down the rating was the human hair that my wife found in her cup. 🤮 Now the girls behind the counter were apologetic and immediately refunded the price. Me thinks, one and done.

I asked if there was egg in the vanilla ice cream, and I was told it did. I'm glad they went to the back to find the ingredients. It was made in the back because of the egg allergy. They put alot of love into it and my son loved it. Great product great taste.

My recent visit to Cold Stone Creamery in Altamonte was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and inviting.
