The lack of flexibility in their menu options was disappointing. I had dietary requests for my event that they couldn’t accommodate, which made the service feel rigid and not customer-focused.
Please whatever you do don’t order from them. They don’t use gloves when setting up your food and if they mess up your , they won’t bring you a corrected one. Only thing they will do is take off your bill. What you see on the menu on the website isn’t always true.
Plant City, Fl. Recently a local shop dropped off boxed lunches to our staff in the ICU. I just wanted to take the time to review and say how fresh and delicious your food is! Everything was perfect from the individual fruit cups to the cooler with fresh ice and that special cookie surprise at the end! We appreciate you and will be using your services in the future!
