I recently purchased a cheese pizza that was advertised as freshly baked in the box. At the counter, I was told the estimated wait time would be 30 minutes, which I was fine with—after all, I was expecting something freshly made.
However, after waiting the full 30 minutes, I was handed a pizza that was clearly not freshly baked. It was an older order—something someone else had either canceled or not picked up. I specifically asked if it was freshly made, and was told it was, but the box told a different story. My order number was 110, and the box I received was labeled 570—clearly not mine and certainly not fresh.
If this had been handed to me immediately or within 5–10 minutes, I might have been okay with it. But making me wait 30 minutes only to give me a leftover pizza is unacceptable. If someone else didn’t show up for their pizza, that shouldn’t become the customer’s problem.
This experience was extremely disappointing, and I won't be purchasing pizza from this location again. I would not recommend it to others either. If you make customers wait for a fresh pizza, make sure that’s what they actually get.

Whenever we are on the road, we get gas at Costco. In addition for lunch we have either their 1/4 lb hotdog, or their pepperoni pizza. At $1.50 including a refillable drink, it is the worlds best value. The pizza at $1.99 is exceptional as well, it that you get about 1/4 of a 13” pizza. Lunch for 2 for $350….outstanding!
