The food was amazing and the service was also amazing the seafood was delicious and I am going back soon! For my birthday I wish I could eat there all the time it’s amazing for its price too!

Please be cautious when considering this establishment and its management. On 6/21, my wife , daughter and children visited and were treated poorly and unfairly. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing not only due to the service but also the hygiene standards—drinking cups were visibly dirty, and there was hair found in the seafood boil. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this place. The photos below are of the manger who were combative with my family in front of my grandchildren. The woman charged up on my wife whom became very afraid for our family safety. Please be careful here! The customer or lack there of is disturbing.

Great sea food restaurant at a decent price, it is definitely worth it. The portions were huge, the service was great, we will be back again.

I have frequented this establishment on several occasions and have generally had positive experiences—customer service has often been stellar. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was deeply disappointing and, quite frankly, disturbing.

I visited with my mother and two small children. The experience began poorly when I received a drink that contained visible particles. I returned it, and while that issue was addressed, my meal then arrived with a hair in the food. I brought this to the attention of our server, declined a replacement when asked, and expected the item to be removed from the bill.

A few minutes later, a new plate was brought out unexpectedly. I assumed this was a courtesy for the inconvenience. However, at checkout, I was surprised to find that I was charged for the full meal, including the one I had returned. I explained the situation and requested to pay only for the other meals and drinks.

At that point, a manager approached in a loud, dismissive, and confrontational manner. Despite my calm explanation of the events, he only agreed to adjust the bill after further discussion.

What happened next was truly shocking. As we were leaving, a female manager began to follow us, shouting aggressively and threatening to call the police. Her behavior escalated to the point where my mother felt the need to physically step between her and our family to protect us. One of the employees had to intervene and asked the manager to stop.

This experience was deeply traumatic for both myself and my children. What should have been a routine family meal turned into a distressing ordeal. While I understand that mistakes happen, the response from management was unacceptable. I hope the ownership takes this feedback seriously and addresses the need for professional and respectful conflict resolution moving forward.

Its Pricey compared to the other seafood restaurants

Absolutely one of the best crab restaurants I've been to. I love the food, the service is awesome, especially our server the past couple time we've been there, Calliope has been so great. I highly recommend the Crafty Crab, and hope you enjoy dining there as much as we do!
