Disappointing experience. Went to Crumbl for the first time in a long time. I moved and there isn't one conveniently near me. I had to go to the doctor on that side of town, and as I was passing by, I decided to stop in.
I ordered 4 cookies. 2 x Pink Sugar, 1 x Cookies & Cream, 1 x Celebration Cake.
What I received: 2 x Raspberry Lemon (with the lemon slice missing) horrible flavor btw..1 x Cookies & Cream, 1 x Peanut Butter Cookie with Celebration frosting on it (must have been a mini because it was significantly smaller than the rest).
I was in a rush to get my son from school and take responsibility for not checking before I left the store. To my dismay when I got home, I realized I had been given the wrong cookies.
Without boring you with context and a million more details, the decision to serve me those cookies seemed deliberate. Not a simple oversight.
Anyway...I called the store and they offered to refund me... although I agreed, my preference was to have the right cookies when I ordered them.
Disappointing experience from an otherwise happy customer. Will definitely check the box before leaving the store next time.

Love the cookies. But I can not stand when someone who is touching my food does not have shoes on and while crocs are closed toes technically. I don’t think they are appropriate when dealing with people’s food especially if you’re not wearing socks. Just not something I like to see on someone handling my food no matter the place.
Cookies are great. What’s not great is when they close at 10pm and they are closed at 9:55 when I arrive.
My daughter is obsessed with these cookies Lol, staff always pleasant and my orders are usually ready on time 🙌
