I’m sitting there thirty minutes when I ordered 20 minutes ahead, asking for the food said it’ll be done in a moment. Whilst I’m looking at the boxes. So time still passes no one touches the box. I ask again and even point out that is the order. Finally get it just to be luke warm. Service is terrible and the only one truly doing their job to the fullest was the lady making the pizzas. She needs a raise and a new occupation because her skills are wasted here

Have ordered the Pan Pizza for delivery many times and it was great and it comes from a different store .. Stopped at this store on 436 & Montgomery in Altamonte and ordered the same thing I always do and this pizza is HORRIBLE!!! The crust is an inch thick on one side and paper thin on the other side. There’s barely any cheese and it says 2 layers of cheese !!! Might as well have flushed my money down the toilet !!! AVOID this location because Teddy & Heather could care less about the product they put out !!!WOW!!! Wish I had looked at the reviews of this store BEFORE I went there !!! ALL 1 Star !!! No responses at all to anyones bad reviews. Great way to do business Dominos. I WILL find out who the owner is and contact them and let them know what kind of product there employees are putting out !!! If I for some reason can’t find the owner I WILL contact Dominos Corporate and let them know.

I have been ordering from here for many years(6yrs or more) and haven’t had any issues until last month, they said the driver couldn’t find my place so they brought it back and it was just sitting there until I called after 15mins after the scheduled delivery time and she asked if I wanted it redelievered but at that point the food has been sitting for over 30mins so I would’ve thought they would make me a fresh order but no the girl was laughing like it was a joke and the manager took the phone and told us the order was cancelled and to never call again. My husband was furious and the district manager reached out a few days later and gave me a credit. I tried calling today to put an order in to redeem my credit but I was on hold for 7mins, no one came on the line, so I hung up and called again and same thing 3 minutes went by nothing, tried again finally got someone who said hold please and I said sure, then another 7 min wait. I called again and I finally gave up. I think I’m officially done with Dominos and will be ordering my pizza elsewhere.

It took 20 minutes for them to prep my order then they let me sit there for an extra 15 minutes while my order was ready and didn’t call out my name or anything. 6 employees there and none of them care to ask somebody who’s been sitting there for a while their name or to tell them their order is ready.
