Only one employee. Do better Dunkin. This poor girl is a superstar by the way.

Something has definitely changed here. Last week I bought a chocolate glazed donut and found a piece of GLASS in it. Today I ordered 2 bacon and cheese bagels (no egg) and was given a plain bacon bagel (no cheese). Between the safety issue and the repeated mistakes, I can’t trust this location anymore and won’t be returning.

All of morning crew had an attitude towards me I let them know they I just had another order and the girl in the back with an attitude was like yeah that literally just came in as soon as you walked in I’m standing in front waiting for my order and instead of handing it to me she just puts it on the Stan and says uber order without saying who it was for wouldn’t recommend at all if you want good service with a positive attitude

Slow as you can get. My order was messed up in the drive-thru, and when I went in to ask for a fix the girl just stared at me like I was speaking a foreign language.

Rated 4 because the munchkins I requested were stale. The coffee was really good I had an Iced Macchiato highly recommend and the maple bacon sandwich is amazing. Customer service was off the lady at the window didn't say a word to me.

If you want an attitude with your coffee please come here, the people on the 10pm shift not only have zero respect for the customer, they have enough unnecessary attitude and sass to fuel a small city.

Just left so it's fresh in my mind. Had to wait for 10 mins for the older lady to come to the counter and when she approached acted like she was bothered. Would of been nice to see her change her gloves between whatever she was doing before preparing my drink. Then when she hands it to me, I say thank you, and she doesn't say a word and just turns around and walks to the back. Terrible attitude and not worth my time to come back. Guess like every other customer that comes in when she is working, gets treated like I'm the reason she is working there. Not my fault, your situation but would not recommend working in customer service if that's how you deal with customers. I would recommend going across the street in any direction and get coffee. Starbucks, Wawa, Foxtail and now Dutch Brothers all close by this place needs to do better, it's not the only option.

The manager at this location, the women, is terrible. She treats her employees like crap, she is rude, and has no place in management from I’ve witnessed. I used to come here daily but I just watched her treat an employee so badly while I was waiting and I can’t support that.

Almost $6 for my sandwich to look like this. Didn’t give us bags for any of our food, no cupholder for our drinks. We asked for both of our sandwiches to be toasted and they weren’t.

When you're known for 2 things (donuts and coffee) and aren't good at one of them, it's hard to understand how you keep the lights on. Somehow they messed up my drink twice on the same visit. If you're ordering anything other than a basic coffee, I'd look elsewhere.
