At this point just shut Dunkin down. I’m done going to them , I am now a Starbucks customer cause it’s nothing but stupidity at Dunkin. I told this girl exactly how to make my coffee… i explained it in the most simplest way too (3 shots come in a medium cup) …. I said for my 3 flavors can I have “1 Espresso & 2 white chocolate” this girl handed me 2 Espresso & 2 White chocolate & then had the nerve to charge me extra for that extra shot as if I didn’t just explain to this girl I wanted a total of 3 (the 3 original pumps that come in a medium) and somehow she still made it wrong and it isn’t just this location… it’s almost every location…. So since I’m paying extra for stupidity… here I come Starbucks … won’t deal with half of the stupidity over there.
Today l visited Dunkin after church today Rose was awesome great customer service l left my debit card home had a small amount of cash Rose was awesome in making sure l was able to get my order 😀 👏 😎 thank you so much ☺️ 😀

As I was at the window placing my usual order, I overheard employees complaining, saying that “nobody knows what the hell they be ordering, just ordering anything.” The manager seemed perfectly okay with this behavior, even joining in. I’ve been to this location numerous times and have repeatedly experienced unpleasant service. As a manager, your employees should never feel comfortable displaying this kind of unprofessional behavior in an establishment.

Something has definitely changed here. Last week I bought a chocolate glazed donut and found a piece of GLASS in it. Today I ordered 2 bacon and cheese bagels (no egg) and was given a plain bacon bagel (no cheese). Between the safety issue and the repeated mistakes, I can’t trust this location anymore and won’t be returning.
