Can’t seem to handle the drive thru and walk ins at the same time. Manager blamed a censor not picking up the truck but we were greeted and asked to wait when we initially pulled up. Line wrapped around parking lot and congested entrance to plaza.

I hardly write reviews but this was our 3rd breakfast session at this location. I live right up the road from this DD and my wife and I decided to give it a try. This particular DD has legitimately put a funk in me that makes me not wanna try ANY DD ever really.. at least not for a hot minute. We both have yet to have a coffee that wasn't bitter and or overly sweetened. The coffee I just had had a bunch a granulated sugar sitting at the bottom..crunchy albeit sweet..still the texture of beach sand not great lol..my wife's was straight creamer and nothing else Ooo lawd .. Not to mention the coffee itself is just off. So whether it's sitting too long or filthy IDK and maybe I just don't like Dunkin coffee itself. At any rate making coffee isn't super difficult so I'm not sure why every coffee we've had there taste like some science experiment from a non coffee drinker. Every breakfast sandwich we've eatin there is a steamed amalgamation of breakfast parts poorly constructed, dropped into a bag, dropped into another bag. At the end of the day I'm not mad just disappointed, ya'know. Long pause on Dunkin Donuts for us.

The crew working today was just super great. Melanie, Cedric and Dylan provided a great atmosphere. You could tell they all got along really well which was refreshing to see. They took great care of me and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Melanie took the time to make sure I had the app and everything!

Every time I come here I have a bad experience. Between the slow service and sub par sandwiches I decided it was best to just stay away. But the Halloween munchkins were calling me so I foolishly decided to give this Dunkin another chance. I used the drive thru, asked for “the Halloween assortment”, the girl said they had it, I even heard her tell her coworker, “Halloween!” before asking me to pull around…didn’t think I had to be more specific than that. I’ve attached two photos, one of what I ordered, and the other of what I received. First of all, they gave me all sprinkles..where are the chocolates and powders? Second, there is nothing “Halloween” about these sprinkles. They’re more birthday cake themed looking than anything. And thirdly, they’re terrible! All crunch, bad flavor. Guess it’s my fault for not checking before I left. Silly me, didn’t even consider that they could mess up a simple munchkin order, but here we are. Never again Dunkin.
