My kids and I went here for the first time and the customer service was really good. They did get our order wrong a few times but they were so nice and even guys free treats for the mix up. The food was really good, we live near by so we would come back.

Food was really good. Never been to an Einstein before. I ordered the sausage, cheddar cheese and one egg bagel; added some avocado!! It was excellent! Really busy in there but i can understand why. Thank you for the food!

Good food, relaxed environment. They should definitely open the drive thru, this would be more convenient. They are always overstaffed but you always have to wait to order. This morning there were 2 staff members off the clock waiting to clock in (sitting in/outside the restaurant) and 2-3 others clocked in behind the counter working. I still waited with no one in front of me. I have never walked in and had someone take my order immediately.

The food is always fresh and delicious, and the service is consistently outstanding. It’s so popular that it’s almost always full of happy customers eager to place their orders — a true sign of how great this place is!

I’ve been coming to this location for over a year now. The people always greet me by name, heck at this point they know my order. It always feels like a slice of home walking into the place. Turnover appears to be low which I’ve always appreciated because it’s nice to see a familiar friendly face in the morning. Thanks to everyone there for making my mornings a little better 💯
