Management Like to go where I have regularly staff that I know. Makes a big difference when you visit a restaurant. This place has such a large turnover rate. I have run in to former employees and they have said it all has to do with how management handles the employees. It’s not easy being in this line of work.
Went to figs for magical dining. Waitress dismissed us the whole night. Asked if beef bourguignon had mushrooms in recipe. After asking waitress 3 times she told me no. I ordered it. After waiting 40 minutes finally dinner came out, I started eating it and it did have mushrooms. I have been sick since I left the restaurant. She did change my entree to shrimp and scallops, I was leaning towards the steak but she said it would take a long time. I didn't eat it. Shrimp and scallops both not cooked correctly, both under cooked I ate the veggies and grits. Not to magical. You could have killed me. Your staff needs to know that people don't ask for things on menus just cause they don't like it, it cause they are allergic.

Nice place, good food, great service.
Disappointing beer selection, but I think it's more of a wine and cocktail place. We went during the Orlando Magical Dining period.
Parking: At busy times, parking is a pain.

Great experience Wednesday night at Figs Prime. The food was creative and excellent. The service was top-notch. The atmosphere and acoustics were the best. Beautiful interior, open, but even with the place 3/4 full, we could hold a conversation across the table without problem. Waiting for another opportunity to enjoy the fine food!!

We went there with a group for dinner and enjoyed magical dining menu. The starter goat cheese Croquettes was amazing. For my main course I had the beef bourguignon. Tender and delicious with nice chunks of beef it was an awesome dish. Dessert was a bourbon bread pudding a la mode with tasty vanilla ice cream.
Overall I would highly recommend going to this restaurant.

We went for magical dining. There is a set price of $40 that includes an appetizer, main course and dessert. I opted for a $15 upcharge to get a 20 oz ribeye. The appetizer goat cheese croquettes was good but nothing special. The ribeye was excellent cooked to perfection. I took the dessert home because I couldn't eat another bite. My wife enjoyed it the next day so I can't comment. I really went for the stake and was not disappointed at all. High end drinks are comparably priced inso rather than having drinks I spent the money on the upcharge. I must say it was well worth it. The people I had dinner with commented that they enjoyed their meal also.

Super disappointed. We use to love this restaurant, but it has really seemed to change for the worse. The service was not great at all - we were sitting for nearly two hours, as the food came out slow, and our drinks were never refilled. We got off the magical dining menu - my husband said the steak was just “ok” and the scallop+ shrimp w/ grits was not cooked well, as the grits didn’t fully set. Not to mention the AC is non-existent; we had to use our napkins as fans…. Your better off heading to Del Friscos or Flemings in my opinion.

I'm not impressed. This place has gone downhill. It has been a while since we have been. First off, there is little to no parking, especially when the other businesses are open. Then the wait is ridiculous, and very slow for the price, you pay for mediocre over price food. I got the Chilean sea bass that was overcooked and came served on risotto that was crunchy and undercooked. Do yourself a favor and skip the bread pudding. It comes thinly sliced and has no flavor. Better yet, save your money and go somewhere else.
Vegetarian options: Nope!!
Dietary restrictions: Some GF options, no vegan options
Parking: Very small lot shared with other businesses. We drove around in circles waiting.
Wheelchair accessibility: Would be very difficult, the place is has very tight spaces

Terrible service. Took an hour and 20 minutes to get our appetizer and another 30 minutes for our entree. Won't go back.
Good food. Didn’t get service until I notified someone. Otherwise, good experience.
