Really wanted to like this place, but my first visit fell well short of expectations.

I ordered through the app and didn’t realize until I got home that the order was incorrect. Turkey & ham when I ordered a non toasted, Vegetarian, with the dressings on the side. After returning, they found the right one which was also wrong, and it ultimately took a third attempt to find the correct sandwich. Unfortunately, it had been prepared incorrectly (toasted, the veggies soggy and warm).

The staff was polite and apologetic throughout, which I do appreciate. However, multiple errors in a single order — even after my request to make a fresh one was denied on my 2nd return — points to a lack of attention to detail and quality control.

Hoping this was just an off day.

Always come here for lunch. Cleans and friendly atmosphere. They truly take care of you and the food is fresh and excellent. Highly recommended spot. Thank you guy for always taking care of my lunch.

I've been going to this location for a long time. Some of the staff are new and do not do a good job. The sandwiches are not well made as they were in the past. I think Daniel is new and made my sandwiches twice now and both times they were sloppy and badly made.
