Food is always good, but the online ordering for 5 Guys ruins the experience. Either the food is ready much earlier than the time its ordered for, or they start making it a few minutes after you arrive. I think the point of the app is making people commit to paying before they arrive and realize the line is long and they will be stuck waiting.
Outstanding burgers!

5–Guys is the best place for an excellent bacon burger (and a bacon dog)!

Holy mayo! Ordered a burger with 4 simple toppings. Received a burger that looked like it had 3-4x the normal amount of mayo. Yes really 3-4x! It ruined the burger by making it completely soggy AND there was tomato on the burger which was not requested. Whoever was working on 10/27 in the evening making the burgers needs to be retaught how to make one.
This location lives up to its height. It's 5 guys all the way fries are awesome. Burgers are great and even try growing their hot dogs. The staff is awesome. The prices are okay and the food is just awesome.

They are consistently careless when it comes to people with food allergies or sensitivities. Even when I specifically request that they separate food items into individual bags due to a food allergy, they do not listen and often place items that are not fully wrapped in the same bag, leading to cross-contamination. This has happened on numerous occasions, and they do not respond when I call about it.

The food was delicious, especially the burger it was made well. I came in 15 minutes to close (I know I know but I had just spent the day at the hospital with my wife and we are having to stay the night, I needed food). The manager (on Oct 7 2025) made my night though with his excellent customer service. He had no idea I was dealing with anything but he had a smile on the whole time and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the service. Thank you for making my night.

I don’t come here often because by the time I get home my burger is a lil soggy but thanks to Marcus or Marquise (sorry for spelling) he packed my burger deconstructed ( no soggy bun) and the fries were perfection. Thanks to the whole crew my meal exceeded expectations. I’ll actually be back again. Thanks to Jacob for telling me about the survey too!
Good food. Overpriced but better than going to McDonalds or Burger King. Staff wasn’t very friendly but not mean either. Clean restaurant. Would go back.

I am not a fast food person and I definitely do not take my kids to eat it either. However, as a special treat for my kiddos if they do well in school or work hard with chores, I’ll take them for French fries. It’s so hard to find a place that doesn’t use stupid canola oil anymore though. We thought we would try Five Guys because they use peanut oil. (Not amazing, but better than canola!) My little boy got the Cajun and I got regular fries. They were really good fries. You could tell they were actually real potatoes. Thick cut, brown spots! Perfect! Real food lol. We enjoyed our little treat and the free peanuts they offer. I did not have anything here and probably won’t because I’m not a burger fan and probably they don’t have GF buns but it looks like they make an effort to use food that isn’t processed junk. I appreciate that. We will go back for sure next treat day. My son is already asking whenever we drive by. He enjoyed the fries. The customer service was friendly and you could tell they cook them fresh bc there was a wait. I don’t mind that a bit to have fresh fries! Thanks five guys. Please don’t switch to canola. Keep it real.
