Awesome breakfast bagels!!

One of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had

Great coffee with fast service. Also there’s ducks.

The coffee and service were good — no complaints there. But I’m leaving this review to say the pricing feels sneaky. I ordered two drinks and a bagel and was shocked when it came out to $28. I didn’t realize every add-on (milk, flavor, etc.) would be charged individually — and nothing was clearly listed or communicated. I’m all for quality, but transparency matters. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Great place to have a coffee-meeting

Been here often and will not be returning. Every time we order anything it is incorrect. Tried to order two turkey avocado bagels and came home with two good morning bagels which is frustrating because I can't eat eggs. Asked for cream and carmel in my cold brew and just got a plain cold brew. The drive-thru person even repeated the order to confirm it was correct. It's frustrating because we paid $40 for 4 items and 3 out of the 4 we're wrong.

$32 for a coffee, cinnamon roll, and a bacon sandwich that I’m not kidding, had ONE piece of bacon folded in half? Goodness guys this is ridiculous.

Recommended dishes: Cafe Latte and Lavender Mocha Latte

The iced chai latte with a shot of espresso, is my go-to and it’s phenomenal! The breakfast sandwiches are also top-notch, easily the best I've had compared to any fast food breakfast spot.

However, I noticed some issues that need attention. The two dead dwarf Italian Cyprus trees planted in the front and back create a less inviting atmosphere, and the air conditioning seems to be inadequate, which is unfortunate. The fan on the ground looks out of place and doesn't do much to improve the comfort level. Addressing these issues would not only enhance the customer experience but also benefit the wonderful staff who have to deal with these conditions and often face the criticism. I hope these concerns can be addressed soon.

coffee is whatever; I only really stop in when I'm passing through altamonte. the baristas makes me smile, but i have no idea how they can work in the florida heat with no ac! it's been weeks since my last visit and apparently this is still an issue. i don't know how they can subject customers or employees to that. fix the damn ac

this place is a cute little cafe i like to stop at. the staff is absolutely amazing and so was the breakfast i got, however it was outrageously hot inside the past few times ive been. it certainly is too hot outside to not have the ac working and i can only imagine how its affecting the staff considering they're there for several hours. im hoping the ac can get fixed soon so everyone can have a blissful experience.

The staff at this store is second to none. The fact that the management over this store has dragged their feet (and that is putting it lightly) in restoring their AC that has been out of commission for OVER a month… in this heat…. And expects their team to work full hours (which they do) is so disheartening. I hope and pray that this is fixed, at this point there is no excuse.

Listen I love this place, the coffee is great, I love the turkey sausage bagel for breakfast, the store is always clean and the employees are always so friendly. I feel bad for these employees though because the AC is always broken. You can tell they’re miserable. How awful to make your employees work in the heat, pulling shots when it’s 100 degrees outside. Do better.
