Parking: There is plenty of parking however because this location is usually full sometimes it might take a moment to find a spot in front of the restaurant. However there is plenty of spots you just might need to walk a bit from your car to the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: Went here to hang out with friends, my husband took our 3 kids and they all enjoyed this location because it is big, spacious and has lots of entertainment for kids and adults alike.
Water is HORRIBLEOur tots came out w none of the seasoning.Waitress was super sweet.

We have given this place a few tries and each time the experience only got worse. There is no sign saying it is self seating so if you walk in you are 100% ignored by the staff and left there standing like an idiot until you eventually figure out on your own to pick a table.Once you sit down you might get lucky and be acknowledged by the staff after 20 minutes. Last time we had to get up to grab someone after around 30 minutes. In that time we saw multiple guests walk out (I wish I would have too).After placing our order we waited about 45ish minutes (being ignored the whole time) until our food came out cold.I can forgive it if it was a one time occurrence but this is an every time thing. I really hope they can turn this place around in the future because at this rate I don’t see them being open much longer.
Just swung through while visiting my hometown and this was mine and my dad's favorite place growing up and let me tell you the wings were worth it then and still worth it made my entire trip worth it

Going down hill so quickly. We used to come in every Saturday and Monday for wing night with Kelsey. We have tried the floor, the bar, if she isn't there (bartender with dark curly hair - if you've ever been there you know who she is bc she's the only one that actually serves customers) you just don't get service. Food is ok if you can ever get it to come out but it's just not even worth the hit and miss. The huge difference in service makes it not even worth it. If the good bartender is there you'll be able to tell the first minute bc she is always the first person to say hi when you walk in the door

Very disappointed in this restaurant. I have been coming here for the past 2-3 years. Eating here 3-4 nights a week some weeks. There is a new manger, and it seems that things have went down hill since. The wings are never good any more. The manager and servers are rude. PLEASE BRING RUSSEL BACK!!

Was supposed to meet up with friends & we somehow got directions messed up and ended up at the apopka location while my friends were here... long story short Kim, our server was GREAT! she didn't give me dirty looks when I walked in with my plastic bag with food from the other froggers' location. Kim, THANK YOU! not to mention it was literally 20min before close.

I normally would not leave a review unless i've had multiple bad experiences with a place. Last night my GF and I decided to go out to at which in this current economy is a treat. We decided to go to Froggers and take advantage of thier boneless wings special.After sitting down we were immediately greeted by our server who will remain nameless. She answered all of our questions and took our order. We noticed that she was pretty busy running around the entire restaurant while the other to servers bobbled around looking lost, so this girl, who was also fairly new, was helping her tables and theirs.After some time we ordered 10 more wings to take for my son. She took our order and the manager brought them out to us about 10min later. They had her so busy that for 45min we sat there with empty drinks, a bag of now cold chicken wings and no checkI am calling out the manager here, HE was the one who brought us our togo order and we saw him several times just standing around and I know he saw us sitting there frustrated now nearly 2hrs after arriving. We tried to wave him down but he just wasn't paying attentionafter about 55min we finally were able to get our server back to us and we expressed our rconcern, but recognized that she was being over worked and she needed help. She was extremely apologetic and seemed to be frustrated. I asked for the manager or to see if there was something he could do to compensate for the coke food and bad service.He didn't come to the table at all and left her to deal with it. he gave us 10% off, but not off the bill he gave it to us off each item which doesn't equate to 10%, so I saved like $1.70 in total.She looked like she was ready to walk out. They expect these girls to be there own hostesses, runners, servers and busters with no sections.They really need help, so If u want good wings, be prepared to wait until your next birthday for service....P.S sue still received her appropriate tip

Came to pick up my Togo order, it wasn’t out yet so I set down had a beer while waiting. An hour and a half later they bring it out after asking several times for it saying it was made and hour ago and they couldn’t reheat it up. Only thing they could do was take 6 dollars off. It felt like it was sitting in the freezer.
