For Thanksgiving this year I ordered a 5.5lb ham. I’ve ordered from this location probably close
to a dozen times. Half the time it’s been good and the other half not that great.

This time it was absolutely awful. The ham was not only covered in fat but it had little to no flavor. There were four of us eating and we all had the same consensus. There was no sweet or sugary taste that makes waiting in the long line for your ham worthwhile. It tasted like thick cut deli ham without proper seasoning or flavoring.

To make matters worse I bought macaroni and cheese and au gratin potatoes, too. Little to no flavor with those either. To say this was disappointing would be a huge understatement. We threw all of it away and essentially wasted $110.

I’ll never go to this location ever again.

Great food, didn't like the fact that I pre-paid for my food and when I got there, the pre-paid line was much longer than the walk-in line and I was not allowed to go on the walkin line because I prepaid!,made no sense

Reserved (did not pay when ordered 2 days ago) 2 sides for 6pm. Went to pick them up at 550pm. I had to go in a separate line because I didn't pay yet and they were dealing with all the paid orders before helping out the non payers and they kept coming so we kept waiting. Most people were waiting for meat so I asked if I could get cashed out since am only getting sides. I showed my sides and was told because I have not paid yet I couldn't get the stuffing side (that I reserved) and I could choose any other side except broccoli and one other. That is ridiculous! Then why the option to order ahead and check out in store when you are treated no different from a walk in? They really need to refine their holiday order process (if they care about their customers that is).

I went today to get a ham. There were 3 cashiers, 1 for prepaid, 2 took prepaid and non- prepaid, every other customer. The line for prepaid was short. The line for non- prepaid was literally out the door. I understand having a cashier for just prepaids. But having the other 2 cashiers also taking prepaids, when your line is out the door, is very poor management.

I wanted to give a huge shoutout to the amazing team at HoneyBaked Ham! Jan and Alyson were fantastic when taking my catering order—friendly, professional, and helpful.

When I came in to pick up the order, Roxanne truly went above and beyond to make everything smooth, organized, and stress-free. Her customer service, attention to detail, and warm attitude really made a difference—she shines!

I went to pick up a ham bone to make soup it was almost closing time and the associate was so kind and patient. I always go here to get either a sandwich and various other things that are for sale.

Parking: The handicap parking space is in the right area right near the door so you don't have to struggle to Park.
