I ordered a chicken capris panini they gave me a capris panini no chicken. When I asked the person bringing my order out for the chicken she said “you no order chicken” so I asked to speak to the manager and she again said no. She did not speak English well. Sho she finally relented and got the cashier not the Manager. She brought out look warm chicken. Tell me would you feel safe eating that. So not only did I not get what I ordered but had to go pay more money for the salad bar (by the way was very good). Where was the manager? Hiding in the office like most managers today. 1 star for the manager. 4 stars for the salad bar

I came in here this morning for a to go order. Customer service could’ve been better. I asked this Black lady if i can have a to go container and she walks away without saying anything. She never said, “i’ll get that for you”. She left me hanging and another worker came up to me and asked what i needed. I told him and he got it for me. The young man provided better customer service than the older woman.

I got a boiled egg at the salad bar, took one bite and threw it away because it tasted weird. Fast forward to today and my stomach hurts, feel like puking and have diarrhea. Check your eggs Jason!
