Cristy and Greg were fantastic today. Best customer service out of any casual fast dining in the area by far. I’ve eaten here, i’ve picked up ubers here also and everyone always is very kind and have great attitudes.

Very rude manager the lady would not give me whole lettece can't eat shredded. Everyone else does but she then says her employees were serving the customer right she as the manager wouldn't see to it. Altamonte Springs uptown location. I was the only customer in store. First time ever denied whole lettece.

Awesome service at this location. I wish I had the name of the employee that helped us but he was hilarious and welcoming. Made our day!

I need to give a shoutout to the employees on this Jersey’s Mike (Altamonte Springs, FL) for being so accommodating with my dairy and gluten allergies. I need to specifically mention the employee with pink hair,, forgot to ask her name, who cleaned the meat slicer and all the utensils before making my sub sandwich. Thank you so much for taking cared of my necessities. I had a club sandwich in a gluten free bread.

This is my favorite Jersey Mike’s to visit! The staff is always amazing, laughing with the customers and just a very positive and friendly atmosphere! The food is always fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this location if you love Jersey Mike’s!

I've been to about 15 Jersey.Mike's the one on in De land is my favorite.Every time i'm going in there someone's is moping and the floor cleaning the soda machine stalking and prepping everything looks so clean the slicers and washing out the chest where they put the cold cuts makes me feel very safe to eat there all the employees seem to work together. Get along well. I contribute to that to the management. I actually saw the manager mopping most of the time. That's a good sign set by example.

I went for lunch and wanted a big salad and this sub and a tub did not disappoint. I didn’t realize how much went into a sub without the bread. This will be my go to on those days when I want a nice sub without the bread. The staff were busy working, but with smiling faces. everything was fresh and I do love the red peppers. That’ll be a new addition to my sub.

Don't know what happened, but my Giant Big Kahuna Chicken had almost no chicken in it... I have been ordering same for over 5 years and this was the first time I have every been disappointed.
